I cannot express enough how helpful and caring the folk were at Austin Covid 19 Testing. They were so accommodating with our flight changes, called us to sort out what would work best for us. Booking was super simple from their webpage, instructions were clear and helpful. Very little admin lift. Good prices, I did some shopping around and they were certainly the best offering. When we had our test done it was quick, JR made an uncomfortable experience as good as one can expect. We are not from the USA, so we are super appreciative for their warm support to get our travel requirements sorted. Would highly recommend!

Today was my 4th visit to Austin Covid 19 Testing. The techs are always prompt and our results have come back via email and text within 15 min of them collecting the sample. We never leave our car…very safe, trustworthy and will keep coming back. I have referred several friends to this company and they have all had a great experience as well.

The country I was going to (Anguilla) is very picky about what test is acceptable and they required an RT-PCR test collected by a nasopharyngeal swab. Austin Covid-19 testing was able do this test and note the collection method on the results they provided. When Anguilla requested more detailed lab information I called Austin Covid-19 testing and they were able to talk through the issue with me and sent me my full lab results within minutes which is what Anguilla needed to give me clearance to visit. Great service and great support. Given the stress of having to do all of this within 48 hours of boarding a plane I can't thank them enough for doing everything right and getting me all the documents I needed.

*Note this place does not accept insurance* very convenient - they seem to have lots of available appointments, even if you're planning at the last minute, and scheduling is fast and easy. Staff is extremely friendly, they test you at your car, and you get your results in 24 hours (even PCR tests!)

Just went there for my test today. The staff we dealt with on the phone and in person were very polite. I asked them to make a minor change to my result which came very quickly might I add, and they did so very seamlessly.
I wish I knew about this place before. I have been overpaying for the other testing sites... Will use these people on my next business trip to Austin.
