The shell station is just up the road from where I live. I stop in every day to buy a drink or a snack. I've always been greeted with kindness and hospitality. Amazing little store and even more amazing people who run the store.

Best shell around!! Ran and dev are always warm and welcoming. I'm so blessed to live near this station!

Competitive gas pricing, and the store itself as a good section of a "little bit of everything" so if you're looking for something you need, but don't want to go to a bigger store, they'll probably have it.

Doesn’t accept tap or chip even though it has the hardware. It says chip not supported. Please see attendant. I’m not wasting my time waiting in line inside for 2 minutes just to pay for something that every station lets you do instantly.

Today afternoon lady here at the register was very rude. She is Indian Women she lock the restroom and rudely said she doesn't have restroom. Well we always fill our gas here and do purchase some drink, but this Indian Women made dissapointed to go there. This people dosen't evnen think how inmportant is to use restroom. Hope god will give them heart.

Earlier this morning, I stopped by this gas station to pump gas as it was on the way to work. I don't like using cards out at the actual pump because while it's convenient, I'm wary of recent card-skimming/fraud. With that being said, I walked in to the store and when asked, told the gentleman how much gas I needed along with the pump number. I informed him that I had Fuel Rewards and that I would like to use them. He continued to ring me up and then started having issues with his register. His register would not complete the transaction and this made him irritated. He turned the customer-facing screen toward him abruptly, pushing buttons. We tried again once he voided the transaction and for some reason, his register kept freezing. At this time, he looked at the lady behind me saying "I know.. I know" in annoyance as if I was an immense burden to him while attempting to ring her up even while we were still mid-transaction. I'm not sure if he had a second register or how he was going to do so. He kept shaking his head, telling me he couldn't do anything now, because of my transaction. How is the register having technical dificulties the fault of the customer? I didn't have much time and clearly wasn't welcome anyway so I told him to forget the transaction because I had to go. He then sighed and kept pushing buttons aggressively on his register. I'm not sure if this gentleman lacked proper training on how to operate his register or on how to complete transactions but he certainly lacked proper customer service ettiquete. Needless to say, I felt like someone that went into the store, asking for a favor rather than the paying customer that I am.

Horrible ownership they lie on their employees and treat customers with disrespect. She told my son he was Puerto Rican trash and that his money was no good. I have known devs wife for over 15 years she hates anyone who doesn't agree with her

I dont buy gas if there is no restroom. (Actually there is, but guy who is working there tells everyone that we dont have restroom.) why shells workers are like this this days in this area? Is that mutual decision ? Very very very disappointed.
