The pulled pork and brisket were the best I've ever had...hands done. We were visiting from Pennsylvania and I can say without a doubt that even our best brisket in PA has nothing on this. I also had the smoked corn which is a MUST. You can't leave without trying the chips and queso too! So good!

Great vibe and food. The sandwiches were my favorite. It’s pretty popular here. It might take a bit while to find a table, but not impossible. They also have some small shops around. Good to have a walk after eating. I would like to come or bring my friends here again. Recommended!

My coworkers and I dropped in for a family dinner. There were about 20 of us. The place was busy but it was very spacious. Plenty of room no not knock elbows with people. We stood in line to put in our order. Some food got mixed up but that's okay. They ended up giving us some extra food. It's BBQ style with some Mexican cuisine. House special that night was fideo but it was gone by the time we got there. It must have been good. I ended up picking the sliced brisket sandwich with charro beans. They have cups for water and cups for soda. Different colors to indicate which you paid for. The bar is where someone could get alcoholic drinks. We ate our food, hangout for a little while to let it settle and then left. The 2 young men bringing out our food were very kind and gracious. Our orders were confusing because there were 20 of us who ordered so many different things. The staff did a good job accommodating us. I was very impressed. Great experience.

Worth the drive! The brisket was fantastic. Get a pound if you are a group of 4 or more. Spicy Oaxaca sausage was great too!

This is a brand new build, building and area are beautiful. I'm not from Austin . Valentine's was a recommendation for breakfast tacos
Everything was homemade from the tortilla to the slice of brisket. I ordered "The Real Deal Holyfield." it was a little pricey, especially if you're from the Houston area, where we pay $1.99 for a breakfast taco. But let me tell you, I'd pay it again it was that good. Try it and let me know what you think, I'll be waiting for your feedback.

Although Black's get all the praise, Valentina's is amazing. Their brisket is soft, tender and smokey and their fajita steak is butter soft. The addition of the fresh tortillas and pickled onion create a flavor layer that's undeniably Texas. Thank you.

Wow! The tacos were amazing! Didn’t expect to have such huge tacos!

The pulled pork tacos was out of this world. The chicken taco was exceptional too! The brisket is good, perhaps a bit dry, but well flavoured. Still one of the better briskets I tried.

If you are around the area definitely hit this spot up. Definitely worth the trip!

They open quite early at 7:30 am so perfect for breakfast too!

Super recommended!

The bar is full service which means you can order your meal there and skip the long line. The wait in line was about one hour but it’s indoors so you can avoid the heat. They bring the food to your table which adds another 15-20 min. I suggest an appetizer to eat while you wait. Now the food is amazing. The brisket is tender and flavorful. The tortillas are better than getting plain bread.

Second time visiting from Chicago only thing different is they moved into a building not on the food truck. But they have the best brisket ever and I love their bbq sauce. Only thing I don’t like I had to drive 3 hours from Houston to get there. But the food is delicious!😋

We absolutely loved the food and atmosphere at Valentina's! Those tortillas, though!!! Yum!!!! The salsa on the tacos was delicious and spicy! We would definitely come again. Service to order was on the slow side, but once we ordered, we received our food quickly.

Wow! Brisket was moist and flavorful. The flour tortillas were homemade and a little bit of magic. On a Friday afternoon there was no wait. Buda was a quaint town and easy drive from downtown Austin. So glad we checked out Valentina’s and thought ahead to get extra sausage and brisket to take home to KY.

While we miss the south Menchaca location, the new Brick and Mortar restaurant in Buda in the transformed Mill & Grain area is great! Atmosphere is top notch. We came with friends on a Monday... they are exploring a new menu specifically for Mondays. Staff was very courteous and the food was delicious - tasted the same as the food trailer that we've loved over the years. Minor improvements could be a light kids menu now that it's a restaurant, as well as access to garbage/recycling/compost bins in the restaurant. We'll be coming back!!

A must stop when it was in the food truck in the south side of Austin. Now it is EVEN better with their new brick and mortar spot set inside the new Buda Mill and Grain area. Still working a few kinks out but the new indoor seating is spacious and the line moves quickly for ordering. Food is Outstanding as always. Their breakfast tacos are the king of the show. Huge portions on fresh homemade tortillas. Make the trip down from Austin and you will not be disappointed!

Look the Knead God network has tried over 30+ taco locations in Texas and Valentinas is legit!

We were so impressed with the food at Valentinas that we gave it a 10 out of 10. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Tex Mex meal, BBQ, and Tacos.

I don’t think I can say say enough great things about this place in one review. I have wanted to come to Valentina’s for years now. I heard so many great things about the food and the staff that I knew it was a must hit on my stop in Austin. They have one of the best briskets that I have ever had if not the best. They didn’t disappoint in any way. The food was better then I ever thought it could be and the flavors that there crew and pitmaster make are nothing short of incredible. It truly is Tex Mex Art that they making. Thank you so much to Everyone at Valentines for making our visit so amazing and we can’t wait to go back. If you could only make one stop in all of Texas this should be it.

Delicious food (the best brisket that I tried around Austin area) and nice atmosphere. Unfortunately Coleslaw was already sold out when we visited

Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but I always end up going with the daily special. Love having a Top 50 barbecue so close.

I suspect they run out of meat due to the lack of a full kitchen. But I got there at 1p and they had what I wanted. The tortillas are the secret: soft, pillowy, thick flour tortillas make all the barbecue taste a lot better. That's because a soft bread provides a contrast to the barbecued meat, especially its crispier parts. I had the brisket, which was great and overflowed the tortilla. I had the roasted chicken fajita which retained the roast flavor without drying out. I also had the pulled chicken.

That's right. Pulled chicken. Get it. Chicken that moist and that savory is how chicken should be. That was a brilliant, 5-star chicken dish. I'd throw a Michelin star at that chicken.

The wait wasn't too bad on a Thursday mid-morning, about 25 minutes, they had a variety of selections, mains and sides, friendly service and really good pork short ribs, brisket and carnitas. Their tacos are a really good size and they have multiple size selections for their sides/appetizers. Their chips are really good, hearty enough to hold their delicious queso, ensure you get the extra brisket! The flour tortillas they use for their tacos as well as the Buns for their sandwiches are so soft!
