H-E-B

I went out on a Sunday, and it was crazy hectic. My fault for going on a Sunday, but anyway, they were giving up the samples of food, some salmon, which is really delicious. I like coming here because it’s always organized, and clean, and the staff is always very friendly and super nice. This H-E-B is cool because it’s in the Mueller area and there’s a bar next door, and a lot of other cool shopping places nearby.

Best supermarket!!
Quality choices, clean, well-stocked.
Helpful staff, mostly fast check-out.
Very affordable prices.
One small gripe is no Apple pay (maybe in future…?)
Love HEB though!

Huge and very nice! I've heard this one called the fancy one and it definitely is that. Went to one of the little restaurants inside and it was so good.

I don't even know which HEB I'm reviewing because Google said, "How was your visit to HEB?" (pretty vague right?).
Anyway, I'm sure it was an awesome experience because H-E-B is awesome with one exception; I understand that the HEEB's ceo (Charles Butt) is a financial supporter of Greg Abbott. This is a shame since Greg Abbott has no human values whatsoever.

This is my favorite heb to go to!! Great variety and quality of food!! I made an order using the online for true tx. My pork sandwhich was even better than one I ordered in the south location!! I'm definitely going to make orders now when I come here!!
I've been very pleased with everything I've got at heb but especially there veggies are way better than what's at Walmart. I started using rosemary mint and avocado and they are always way better at heb!! Bananas are also!!

Thank you to Jeremiah for the excellent customer service. I’m budgeting hard right now due to being in a tight spot right now and i noticed after purchasing that i was charged $7 for the pretzels i got instead of $3.50 like i saw on the shelf so i asked a manager about it before leaving because i knew i couldn’t afford to pay $7 for an unhealthy snack. Jeremiah kindly explained to me that it looked confusing due to the signage but ended up refunding me the full amount! He was busy and took time to address my concern.
I drive 15 minutes to this HEB because the one 2 mins from me is much smaller and the experience isn’t as nice. I will continue to do so!

Usually always busy, and coupons online are mostly sold out in store, but the atmosphere is nice, especially since they got the BBQ cafe. That and the deli with pre-made foods are really tasty, unique recipes, and healthier options too.

This is usually "The Karen" store, so it's understandable that the employees often come across as stand-offish. I'm sure it's exhausting having to deal with entitled people all day! However, I had an amazing interaction with one of the Pharmacy Techs - he went above and beyond to help me out. The Pharmacy closed early, and instead of saying, "Sorry, lady" which would have been totally within his policy, he let me get my medication even though they had technically been closed for 5 minutes. He didn't have to do that, and after a day filled with Karens and Karendudes, it probably would have felt good to give back some of the attitude he undoubtedly experienced throughout the day. But, no - he never once came across as put out, and even though the transaction took less than 2 minutes, he absolutely didn't have to help. Either a change is in the air with HEB customer service, or that guy is a unicorn. Either way, super impressed and I'm switching all my family's medications to this location.

My only beef is that the pharmacy closes stupidly early. :-D

This is a super busy HEB but that's because they are really good. Produce is fresh, store is stocked, friendly staff, lines are long but move fast. Their sushi and prepped salads are always fresh and delicious (pictured below)!! The cafe is awesome and has live bands every now and then. Plenty of parking around.

We stopped here to charge my EV. We did not have to wait for an EV spot. The charging stations are on the ChargePoint network.

The H-E-B store was an added bonus to visit while we charged.

Love my HEB. They have just about everything you could need here. From locally sourced food, a fresh bakery, and daily made sushi which is really good for grocery store sushi!! When I don't have time to cook and prep a meal they have a great selection of pre-prepped meals for quick cooking or for lunch on the go or in the office. They have a couple local food restaurants posted right up front to if you'd like to pick up hot food to take home or to eat in their cafe/ bar!
My favorite HEB by far!

First time ever in an HEB store. Was amazed at all the great items they have. We have nothing like this back home where I'm from. Employees were so helpful when I couldn't find something. Great great employees!

HEB always hires the most beautiful women who give the greatest customer service. I think we should give them tips. For such great customer service.

HEB is the best!! I frequent the 41st HEB but this HEB feels nicer to shop at! prob bc it looks nicer 😊. whenever I want to get gifts to bring to people outside Texas, I come here for the Kerby Lane pancake mix! I think they also sometimes have charcuterie boards pre-made here, if that interests you. :-)

This is my local H-E-B. First and foremost, the staff at this H-E-B are exceptional. The Partners here are readily available to assist me in finding specific items and offer valuable recommendations. The shelves are well-stocked, whether I need fresh produce, pantry staples, or specialty items, this H-E-B has it all.

Additionally, H-E-B's online ordering and curbside pickup service are extremely convenient. I use this service multiple times a month, and each time my order is accurate and ready for pickup at the designated time. The Partners handling the curbside service are friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless experience.

In terms of pricing, H-E-B offers competitive prices without compromising on quality. I appreciate that they provide affordable options while still delivering exceptional value. It's reassuring to know that I can shop at H-E-B without breaking the bank in these days of high inflation.

Overall, this H-E-B deserves every bit of praise for consistently delivering an outstanding shopping experience. The pastry chefs at this location are amazing. The cakes are consistently beautifully decorated and delicious. They have fantastic recommendation on flavor combinations and decorations. I’m amazed with every cake. These cakes would be 2 or 3x the price at a bakery. I will continue to purchase from this HEB as long as the pastry chefs remain. This was a yellow cake with raspberry filling chocolate buttercream drizzled with chocolate fudge and topped with fresh raspberries. 10 stars!

My favorite one to visit. Can get cooked food here. Awesome cheese station. Good alcohol selection.

Best supermarket ever. I love shopping there because it has European cheeses, Mexican chiles fruits and veggies and lots of deli choices

Came in a rush looking for some last minute groceries and thanks to the fast cashier's I was able to be in and out within less 10 minutes. Will always be my favorite HEB, also are you guys currently hiring for overnight stocking? Part time or full-time

HEB has a variety of options. Fresh fruit/ vegtables, prepped meals and salsas. We loved the Chicken Alfredo pre-made dish it was also allergy friendly and did not contain egg in the Alfredo sauce. Wish we had an HEB in El Paso TX.
