Moving into a new home comes with hidden secrets.

Ours was a supply valve to the washing machine. It wasn't tested yet, and it turns out it would spray water.

After a failed attempt on my part, I called Mr. Rooter for a quote. They sent out Conley the following day.

Conley was quick to identify the issue, gave me a quote, and we setup a repair time.

Conley was on time, very professional, had us up and running in no time.

I would absolutely use Mr. Rooter again. Make sure to request Conley.

Getting our sewer main line fully replaced less than a year after buying our first home was totally unexpected and to be honest, really sucked. But Brad, Mark, and Conley from Mr. Rooter did as much as they could to make the experience as painless as possible, even going the extra mile to be sure we could handle issues in the future. Additionally, every time I had to call the office, the office staff were kind and were able to get someone to our house quickly. Everyone involved was really respectful and attentive, and if we ever need plumbing work done again, I know who I'm calling right away. Thank you!

I've used Mr. Rooter to replace a water heater and install a spigot. Both were great! I love the system that tells you when the tech is coming and shows you a photo of the tech. Over all a great company! Seth was very knowledgeable and professional.

I awoke in the middle of the night to the unmistakable sound of dripping water… in my bedroom! The sink upstairs had a leak. Conley came out right away and promptly fixed the issue, and detected another. All was fixed by noon, at a reasonable cost.

The team that came were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did what I had asked and diagnosed the real issue with my tub drain which I believed was due to the needed sewer drain rooting. They were very clean in their work and left everything like it was when they started. Even after rooting my sewerline, not always the case when we have had this done. Absolutely excellent all around.

So initially, I was to get an estimate, John took a look and within 10 minutes he saw that a part needed to be replaced. I decided to have the toilet replaced instead of repaired, it was 22 years old.
John told me about the supplies I needed and gave me pictures. The next day he was back with another worker- Tim, my toilet was removed while the John put the new toilet together. They carried the old toilet to the garage and cleaned up behind themselves. I will use them again, they were professional and courteous. I will specifically ask for John W and Tim.

The service tech was actually early to arrive which is always nice. He was very friendly and courteous with my mom and had the issue resolved in less than an hour. My mother will call this company the next time she needs plumbing work done.

Our service tech was great. We had one little hiccup right after he left and I called and he turned right back around and came right back and fixed the issue. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter plumbing.

After sewage backed up into our basement late on a Friday afternoon, we called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Champaign. At first they did not have anyone available and it was going to be the next morning but they called back within minutes and said they could send a technician out that they pulled from a job that was not as much of an emergency. He was there within 5 minutes and had the drain cleared in about 20 minutes total so we were able to start the cleanup that evening. I was appreciative that they did not charge us for an emergency call, but the drain clearing still had a 2 hour minimum--total charge of $275 so it seemed pretty expensive for a 20 minute job. But we were really appreciative of the fast service.

We was having water backup into our showers and toilets wouldn't flush. Called late on a Tuesday night at around 8:30 and they sent someone out. Paul Dudek was the technician they sent out he was probably the nicest and most caring person we have had come work on something in our house. Turns out we had a clog I would say 10 to 15 feet from the septic tank. Once he got the clog cleaned out he made sure everything was out and that we wouldn't have anymore issues. We really can't thank you enough for coming out to our house at 8:30 at night and taking care of us.

I had heard Mr. Rooter was very good, reasonably priced and friendly. I was not prepared for the high level of service I received. I had called another plumber about 10 days ago and told them my kitchen sprayer was broken. He arrived at the appointed time. I showed him the broken sprayer. He looked it over, said it was broken and said that will be $79.00. I will not call them again. Mr. Rooter is the only plumbing service I will ever use.
