Walked in, immediately was seen by Will for a network issue. He was very personable, listened, and we went through troubleshooting together. Problem that I went to my service provider to assist with was solved in 10 minutes. Highly recommend for any issue you have with your phone or device, like network issues, software assistance, and/or hardware repair. Excellent customer service and great resource for phone repair.

I came in with a broken phone screen, handed it to them and signed some paperwork, paid about $80 for the repair and a new screen protector, left and came back 1.5 hours later, and got it back good as new! the process was very easy and the staff were chill. would recommend :)

Amazing service!!!! My microphone and speaker have not been functioning for weeks and it has become impossible to call friends and relatives. Today, I walked into FYXIT and was greeted by a kind employee who helped me out. He fixed my microphone and speaker and educated me on what the problem was. My phone was fixed in under ten minutes and I was able to call and tell my mom the good news! I walked out beyond happy with the service.

I dropped my laptop off this evening because of a software glitch. It was fixed on the spot in about ten minutes. Was very grateful. Also no charge. An indication of great general service.

They were very helpful and straightforward with pricing and what would need to be repaired. I did not end up using their services but they were very friendly and even helped me find the IMEI number of the device.

Couldn’t recommend Fyxit enough! I’m a wedding photographer and one of my SD cards corrupted, causing hours of lost image data, including some important family photos. Fyxit was able to retrieve the lost data as if it was never lost in the first place. I especially appreciate their respect for privacy. They asked me to come to the back and ID which files were showing up with no data to avoid a breach of privacy for myself and the clients. Everyone I worked with was kind as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Brought my Nintendo Switch in for repair after the fan started making weird loud noises. Seems like they mostly do computer and phone repair, but they assured me this was something they could handle. Very satisfied with the customer service and technical expertise. They confirmed the fan was malfunctioning and swapped it out for a different one, and since then it's been running whisper-quiet, like brand new. The turnaround time was less than 72 hours, which was awesome, though I imagine this could be longer at busier times of the year (like when the university is in session). Courteous and skilled people working here. Highly recommend.

They were really great and professional at their Work. They provided honest uptake on my laptop even though my laptop is a complex gaming laptop from Dell to take apart. I enjoyed their service and in the future if there were any problems with my tech they are my first choice.

Great service! These people know how to fix computers and phones quickly and with reasonable cost. I've used them in the past to replace phone and laptop batteries. Most recently, my iPhone had stopped charging. The front-desk person got out what looked like a dental instrument and picked out a wad of pocket lint from the phone's Lightning cable socket. Problem solved in under a minute without charging me anything for my visit! This place continues to be my first choice for device maintenance. Highly recommended!

They made a scheduled house call to get my printer connected again after a hard drive replacement. The gentleman was very thorough, answered all my questions, and solved the problem. Was worth every penny to have someone there who knew what to do. I would definitely use them again for problems or purchases!

I have a iPhone 12 that I love. The charging port stopped working about a month ago. I have had this problem in the past with the iPhone and I figured it's time to get a new one. I went to T-Mobile by Market Place and they told me while I could get a new phone I should run my phone by FYXIT to see if they could fix the issue (thanks T-Mobile!). I ran straight over to FYXIT on Green Street and walked right in. The gentleman at the counter was very nice as I told him my issue. He took out a metal instrument (looked like something from the dentist office) and pulled out not one but TWO balls of lint out of my charging port. He then asked if he could take my phone and clean it a bit more. He came back a minute later and plugged in my phone and it started charging again! I asked how much for the fix and he said no charge just let folks know that we are here. 100% satisfied and what a great local store with super nice employees. Can't recommend them enough! Thanks FYXIT!

It was time for an editing computer upgrade for my Video Production company and I needed it done right away. I chose to take it to FYXIT. The staff was amazing to work with from the get-go. They re-built my computer into an insanely fast video editing machine in one morning!

A lifesaver! Completely shattered my phone screen beyond usage before leaving town for the night. I was barely able to type on the screen. I was able to walk-in right away, and it was fixed in under 2 hours! I was expecting to have to wait a couple of days, but was so happy they were able to get me in so quickly! Now the screen is just like new. They also offered a student discount, which saved me $20 off of my repair. Thanks Fyxit, I'll be back again if I ever need it (let's hope not though haha)

I called Fyxit for emergency help on my MacBook Pro. I had a meeting out of town and could not bring it in until after I returned in the afternoon. By the time I called it was about 2 hours before their closing time. The man asked the details and said come in. He (Davis) looked at my computer, fixed issues, and explained what was going on with it. He was professional, friendly, kind, and he fixed my problem!
Thank you! Fyxit has worked on our computers before for us. They are consistently professional, do excellent work, and are so pleasant. Fyxit is the place to go.

I have had FYXIT folks recover files from an external hard drive, replace a cracked cell phone screen and most recently help with a charging issue on another cell phone which they did in about three minutes - no charge! They are quick, competent and fairly priced for their services.
