Starbucks

This store seems to be busy every time we are there, quality is consistent - good as expected especially when traveling. Friendly staff. Morning espresso from Starbucks every day we were in town for the week!

I ordered a frappuccino and it didn't meet what I has ordered. I went into the store and the barrista worked with me on getting the taste and thickness correct. They ended up making me 4 drinks to help me know what I should say when ordering. I havebnever had such GREAT SERVICE. I will definitely go back and I will recommend them to anyone.

It's in a convenient spot and their baristas are good. We usually order from here and it has always been a smooth experience. Once the coffee was filled only for half a cup in our grande flat white and we just asked for more milk. But, they said they made a mistake and made us new ones. My experience has always been positive.

Good people here and always fairly peppy, having a good time and turning it out pretty fast comparitively to a number of Starbucks out there in the world. The drive-thru is a bit tight as the regulars know so ordering in advance for pickup might be way to go but they seem to have a good system and flows pretty well.

No better way to start the morning than with starbucks of course! Emerson was so friendly. Such a dawg.

I think her name was Catherine? She was super nice and was talking to me almost the whole time I was waiting on my drink. Love all the employees with that happy attitude at work. Shout out to her :)

Usually this Starbucks is SUPER BUSY but not today! So we stopped in the drive-thru since I’m still a Nervous Nelly about going inside. The drive-thru staff person was absolutely amazing! I asked him to look for me a cold cup in their merchandise and he absolutely picked out the most adorable cup ever! Most staff tell me to come inside but he was the best and picked one out! ❤❤❤

This is a great place! Excellence truly starts at the top. The owner (whom you'd only know if he happened to tell you) brings life to the place with his personality. It is a very welcoming environment. The staff is very friendly and hard working.

I could not tell you how many hours I have spent there in the past few weeks, studying, enjoying a drink and a bite (I've had a lot of time to observe). I will be returning to Ohio next week and will miss the place when I'm gone! I would encourage you to drop in. You'll love it like I do.

Love this place! Just what you would expect from any other starbucks. Friendly staff, typical drinks that are consistent, pretty fast service. One thing that did stick out are that the bathrooms are super clean! Like really clean compared to most public bathrooms.

Staff were friendly during a fast paced 11am rush. A spill was cleaned up immediately, to-go orders were organized by staff, and everyone seemed right on task.

AMAZING customer service. Very kind staff who are incredibly accommodating.

Wait was very short.

I tried to purchase a Been There Series mug with my rewards points and while I had plenty, their computer wouldn’t recognize that I had enough points. I was initially turned away since they couldn’t accept my points, however, the manager came over while we were waiting on our beverages and gifted me the mug I had picked out. He said he didn’t want anyone to leave unhappy, especially over a silly mug, and told me to have a nice day. Such a small act of kindness, but one that didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for your generosity, Sir. That was so kind and not necessary, but appreciated.

Always quick, I can drive up with 10 cars ahead of me and wait at the most 5 minutes and the food is fresh and hot. The the customer service is always pleasant. 5 stars plus 5!

Starbucks is unbeatable. Who doesn’t like Starbucks? I don’t know why Google wants me to give reviews on Starbucks. One reminder is if you make the purchase on apps, you can get rewards. And in some stores, you can order in advance!

I’ve been going through a really difficult day, but Anna greeted me with grace, and a kindness that is beyond words. She is a star employee, and I am sincerely grateful for her.

Went for a strawberry water for my injured duck and they were extremely friendly!

I have not ever try the food but the coffee is excellent and the smell is breathtaking 😍.

Our regular stop on the way out of town after a visit to U of I. Good service and the standard good Starbucks drinks.

Absolutely the friendliest staff. Great group they have working.

They have pretty good service, but the only reason that I'm giving them 5 stars is because my friend Ashlyn works here. Also definitely would recommend cake pops!
