The lady with the strong acsent I believe she's Jamaican is very rude. She should not work in customer service. I asked to speak with the head manager I believe her name is Colette. She handled my situation entirely different. She is so pleasant and can tell she really cares About people genuinely.

Staff is always respectful. Changing rooms are clean. Once in a while, they have great deals here.

Nice shirts available. However, sizes available in-store for jeans are rather limited.

These employees were SO patient with me. I had to make a return and basically all my papers were jumbled up and I didn’t have the original receipt, but they were so nice and didn’t make me feel bad (which I would’ve been irritated if I were an employee dealing with myself hahaha). Thank you all so much for sorting me out—definitely good customer service people :-)

Excellent customer service. I needed a suit only an hour before closing time, and an employee went above and beyond to help me find my size jacket, pants, and matching tie. Would 100% recommend

I absolutely love this place, I appreciate the fact that they do not bother you while you shop. They mostly stop and offer assistance when they see you have a ton of clothes in your hand👀.. Love the diversity of the employees.
