Tower Hobbies

I’ve been ordering from Tower since 1973. Back in the days when you send a check & 2 weeks later it might get shipped out. But we never new until a message was left by the delivery service to go pick it up at UPS or USPS. Never had a problem except for back orders. 😐. I really wish for wooden Airplane build kits again. I scratch build but I like the kits more. I always save a few bucks with the membership. Thank you for all the wonderful years of service.

Tower Hobbies has always been a great source for all my supplies. There customer service is one of the best. Always knowledgeable and professional with there products. Fast and secure delivery. There satisfaction and guarantee 💯. I have never has to use there return service cause everything they shipped was the correct item and in perfect condition. Good quick deliveries and I really like most of the Phoinix models RC planes. However some have landing gear issues, they don't retract all the way into the wings and the oleo strut springs are to stiff. The two piece wings are difficult to remove and put back on. Like the Cessna 182 and the Corsair.

Tower Hobbies has been my Go-To place for 95% of my R/C products for almost 40 years. They generally have the best prices (Super Saver Discounts) and I typically receive my order in 2 business days. Service isn't quite what it used to be (can't call and talk to a rep) but service needs are a rarity.

Excellent! Website is easy to navigate and very well organized. Shipping was extremely fast and not expensive at all. I recommend everyone in this hobby to definitely order from here at least once. There is no other shop that compares to T.H.🤘

I Love tower hobbies, but sometimes they sell you something that’s in stock but it’s really not in stock and they have to wait for the shipment. I have to wait a whole week for them to get it in another three or four days for me to get it

I have placed numerous orders from Tower Hobbies in the past 3 years. They have competitive pricing and monthly specials. This is the reason why I keep coming back. One of my most recent purchases 😀.

Tower Hobbies has never failed me. 20+ years of ordering from them. The only thing I wish is that when items become available off of the “backorder” status from manufacturers, some of their competitors seem to get them sooner. I would think TH would have a leg up of most of these smaller companies.

Been using Tower pretty much day one since entering RC aircraft hobby. Great service and support. Shipping, now that I live in the Cleveland OH area is usually within 3-5 business days. Love that they actually stock parts for a year or 2 after an aircraft is discontinued!

I enjoy ordering from Tower Hobbies! The website is so easy to navigate. At my age it’s better to order online when possible because it’s not always easy to travel to a hobby shop. Thank you for allowing an old man to continue to enjoy his life long hobby. God bless.

I have been wanting to buy a particular ac/dc charger and finally received an email for a Tuesday special on it and jumped on it! The web site got me all fixed up with no problems or snags! And they shipped it the same day! I have been a Tower customer for years and will continue to be with this kind of great service!

I love Tower Hobbies.
One small complaint:
Since I live in Canada, to save shipping costs, I have a US postal address.
This usually works well unless Tower starts back ordering things.
This entails several trips across the border for me.
I would prefer that Tower withhold my order until they have it complete and then ship it all at once.
Tower always treats me well, and I have been a customer for long time.
Addendum:
While all indications were that Tower was going to back order some of my shipment, they didn't and my complete order arrived all at once and promptly too. Much appreciated.

I'm glad I remembered Tower Hobbies as a resource for Broadway Limited Imports products. I have used them for purchases before, but I misplaced this resource. I'm glad I'm back as I hope they will be able to order the BLI8689, EMD SD70ACe SP Heritage engine, that I forgot to pre-order. I received an email from BLI that stated that they were still taking pre-orders on this product and offered Tower Hobbies and others as places that I could place an order. The pricing was the same as I was seeing on all suppliers' sites, but having an additional discount and no shipping charge made the decision for me. Great so far. I would be glad to give a review once I receive the product.

Orders ship promptly. Handle good quality brands. Decent sale prices. Customer service is very good! Many items not available and not knowing for sure if something will be backordered is the downside.

Love Tower Hobbies! They have been my shop for all things hobbies since 1993! - back then, I couldn’t wait to receive their newest catalog (you had to pay for the full catalog) and it was huge! Released on a yearly basis, I loved receiving the newest catalog! Thank you for everything that you do Tower Hobbies!

Was looking for 25:1 mix R/C gas for 1/5th scale and Tower Hobbies popped up, had what I needed at a good price, so I ordered. I just ordered last night and was asked to give a review this morning. So that's the review LOL, Smooth transaction so far and item was in stock with a good price and fair shipping.

I always give Tower my business when they have what I need. I am grateful there are still hobby shops that support our hobby. Tower has a great selection. The website is so easy to use.

I bought several Things and with most of them Im very happy, but I habe one order THUSOR200795359 which I have no tracking number and has not arrived to my house yet. Could you send me the tracking number please? I ordered it two weeks ago.

My first Tower Hobbies order was 1973 or ‘74.
Sure miss that 1/2” thick paper catalog they used to send out. Course the internet makes all quick and simple.
