Plato's Closet

Went to this store recently and had an amazing experience! On top of them giving me good prices on my clothing, I got some good deals on some items and the staff was super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend checking out this store!!

Really friendly workers. I am always greeted when I walk in. Very quick to look through clothing when I am selling. Always a pleasure to buy and sell at Plato’s closet in Champagne!

Recently went to sale clothes which I didn't have a great experience the first time maybe staff changed or something did! I actually had a great experience. I sold alot to try declutter closets. I love clothes 🤷🏻‍♀. Although I don't understand they're pricing on new never worn but once maybe name brand items some they maybe needed to Google because if you don't know the brand I just don't like they put it non brand & soo low on a specific pair of clabo shoes cost 90+ bucks to this day. But it is what it is and everything adds up. I was extremely happy there's a place that I can make money from to give and get. I was beyond suprised of my amount back and really thankful they actually didn't treat me as I'd been treated months ago. I'm looking forward to going back because I only went thru 2 closets and it's good to know what they're looking for before you go. Everyone was actually very nice! Hope to catch a sale when I go back! I'm just mad i missed they're big sale! Did manage to find few rare tops on 60% off. So I kinda changed my mind about Plato's Closet. I'm here for it.

I didn't have my physical card so I wasn't sure if they could type numbers in. Long story short, she worked it out and it was NOT easy. It took about 15 minutes as she was learning how to do it and no one else knew how. She was so patient and she didn't have to continue helping me but she did, as if she was buying clothes for herself. It's been a week and I'm still so mad that they don't take tips. She deserves a tip or at least a raise since she's the ONLY one who really knows how to go above and beyond for customers. If I catch her name, I will post her name in the review. She needs to run her own Platos store.

Plato is a store selling used clothes with reasonable quality.
Please don't come and expect something as new as in Macy. However, stuffs here are still good deals, they are not your 10 year old shorts, or so. I find myself some clothes here.
It's worth a visit every once a week or so to look for good deals.
The store here is small size, yet it packed a lot of clothes, mostly for women. if you're lucky enough, you can find very nice and expensive jacket or outerwear.

Staff is friendly, I am not sure about other people complaining unfriendly staff. They might experience that, but well everybody has a bad day, or two.
I personally like the place, and I wish the store was bigger.
Fun place to wander for an adventure hunting clothes.

The place to find your next affordable outfit. Gently used (or unused with the original price tag still on it if you search hard enough) your wardrobe will still be in style. This store is great especially for finding jackets or kimonos to layer your look.

Just got back from shopping there. Customer service was friendly, but accidentally messed up my transaction, charging me $10 too much. Not the worlds biggest deal, but I asked if she could fix it. She was very kind and apologetic throughout the whole thing. Ended up fixing the transaction and giving me $15 in Plato's cash which ended up making my purchase totally free. I know they wont be able to do this for everyone, but as a manager myself, I was really glad to be given such great customer service! I would highly recommend this Plato's Closet!

I have always had a pleasant experience at Plato's. Clean, inviting, and upbeat atmosphere. The employees are always helpful and there is a good selection of quality, secondhand clothing.

Love this place. Especially this location. Always friendly, neat & clean and several size choices of very nice clothing. The management operates the store and staff excellent!!!

Good place to sell second-hand clothes and the staff there were really nice! I waited about 10 minutes for them to examine the clothes and they took most the clothes I brought.

Super awesome all the staff is really nice usually. They are hard to sell to sometimes, you do have to know what they want but I think it is a super great store!

Great place to find gently used shoes and clothes. Been shopping here for over a decade and it is still a very nice place to take a look at if you need an outfit.
