I had an incredible experience shoe shopping here! A staff member approached me to see if I needed help without me having to ask first and ensured my shoes were the right fit. I appreciated him being so attentive.

Recently they re opened and the store is HUGE! My kids love the rock climbing wall. $10 for 15 min of climbing. The young man working the rock climbing wall was incredibly polite and friendly with the kids. We will definitely be back!

The renovation was done amazingly. Every single section is very organized and spacious. When I purchased the North Face Bagpack, the cashier applied 20% off coupon code. I didn't even ask for it! Their promotion surprised me! I'd visit here again to buy my kids' clothes and shoes.

Rock wall today. Had Fun but hurt knee n hand, but did all 5, hardest one 3 times.

Very nice store with an expanded selection of clothes and shoes. They have golf simulators, a batting cage, and climbing walls as well.

The store is generally clean and well laid out. The staff is helpful and available. Pricing on athletic wear can be pricey but that's across the board for stores in the area. Easy access and parking. We have a store specifically geared to running that's better suited for my foot needs, but Dick's is good for general needs.

Overall we had a really great experience. Staff was attentive, found a really great deal on shoes for kids, and check out was a breeze as they had several registers open (sufficient staffing is certainly an issue in big box stores).

We did not venture around the store, but certainly has a wide selection!

Went to pick up a jacket I ordered online. Tried it on and it didn't fit the way I wanted. One of their employees took me back in the store and helped me find another jacket, which I ended up liking better then the one I ordered. Quick, fast service. The return was super easy and hassle free.

Parrish in the golf section was amazing. While I was looking for a new set of clubs, he was helping me with me stance to ensure I was getting something that I would actually enjoy and hit well. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I'm a first year football mom. The gentlemen that helped me was super nice and helpful. He took me around the whole store to get the few things I needed for my son.

One of the workers here, Tom, was super helpful. Got us our Kayak and told us how to strap it to the roof. Legit dude, would come back because of him.

Love their sales. Got my sons clearer cheaper then anywhere else and I bought chairs and umbrella online for sale too
