It is a perfect place to enjoy the city. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the customer service was friendly and accommodating. I loved our trip to Portsmouth, and having a nice place to check into after a long day of travel is the only thing I could think about. The location is great for restaurants and sightseeing.

This hotel was amazing! The front desk staff and valet was so nice. Overall very clean and renovated. Felt safe and comfortable, walked to everything. I would add a few more food and personal care options in the market but that’s it.

Price, cleanliness, staff, valet, and overall closeness to walking downtown Portsmouth NH was great. Some reservations might include breakfast, some might not.

Staff was all very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, amenities in the room perfect for a three night stay. Bar downstairs was well stocked and perfect for a drink at the end of a busy day. Hotel was quiet, and the location was perfect. Having the parking garage across the street was very convenient.

We love this hotel for visiting downtown Portsmouth! Best spot to walk all over and get to the harbor and the shops. Valet parking is easy in and out. The staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar onsite and small convenience area if you need snacks, etc.

I’d like to recognize Jun Park, Director of Rooms above all. My wife and I recently stayed here and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. If he chooses, he’s the type of professional that should be offered his own hotel to manage. It’s very noticeable to me as a guest, he’s well liked by staff.

Also the bar, restaurant and room cleanliness were beyond expectations, so credit to the bar tender Kathie, Chef, and waitstaff and custodians. Good culture at this Hilton. We’ll be back.

Thank you Mr. Park

This hotel is very nice and clean. They have a great restaurant, gym and pool. The views from the room are good as well.
The only thing that is pricy and out of range is Valet Parking…$38 per night…insane. It is not worth it to valet especially if you only going to use the hotel for night time. Street parking is free from 8pm to 9am or there is a garage next to the hotel charge $2 per hour which will cost less than Valet.

My son and I stay here every summer and love the location! I have to give a shout out to the amazing chef, Ben, who actually waved to us our first day and told us he remembered us from last year. Wow! Pretty impressive! What an asset he is to this hotel! Not only is he so friendly and welcoming, but my son who is a “breakfast connoisseur”, says the Belgium waffle, French toast and pancakes are the best he’s ever had! We travel A LOT, so that’s saying a lot! Please make sure Ben see this review, because so often I find that employees only hear about the negative and he was the positive in our stay this year! Thank you Ben!!

Wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Anyone at the front desk is a knowledgeable Concierge. Bobby in the dining room was a very happy, personable server and our delicious breakfast was a perfect start to our day! Evenings, the bar has comfortable seating with high top tables or couch areas. Terry is a wonderful bartender!

Overall, our stay in Portsmouth, NH was "delightful".

After not traveling for so long it was really nice to have such a great experience for my first work travel post covid restrictions. The staff here was really helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is in a perfect location with nice views and a nice interior.

The hotel bar is currently only open on Thursday and Saturdays but there are plenty of options within a very short walk. The pool and gym are open, but have a capacity limit.

My 4 weekday stay here was for work, but I will be returning with the family for a weekend getaway in the future.

Many tanks to the staff from this Texas traveler.

We loved the location because we walked everywhere. Night life was great! We enjoyed talking to the valet about where to go for food and entertainment. The room did get hot during the middle of the night but rooms were clean and safe. Will be coming again!

This is a very good hotel. Check-in was a breeze and our room was clean and fresh. On-site parking is limited but available. The staff was immaculate. We had left an expensive jacket in the closet when we checked-out so we called the front desk. They had the jacket and used our card on file to Fed Ex it to our home address in New Jersey. This was very satisfying that would do this for us. The jacket was new and meant a lot to its owner, ME! I would stay here again.

Accidentally gave a three star rating. Amazing hotel, not my first time staying here, centrally located and friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms were large and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Enjoyed joking with a few at the front desk when grabbing a snack. Only downfall was 30.00 to valet park. Street parking is available but you have to feed the meters every 3 hours and parking in the garage was expensive. Wouldn’t stop me from staying here again though.

Very nice location and room. Seems to be fairly new, with details like low led lighting in bathroom at night and good mattresses. Nice lobby lounge area. Easy walking to everywhere. First time in this beautiful city and location made it easy to explore. Parking garage next door, or can do street or valet, all in the $15-30 range depending on plans and preferences.

Everything was clean. The hotel was nice and had a decent looking bar, tho we didn't drink there. Pool looked kind of small, but was not busy and made us wish we had our suits. Our room was very nice, very clean, with free coffee/tea from a Keurig.
Location was perfect, very close to all the restaurants, shops, and bars. Perfect for our trip, and we would stay here again.
