sometimes you gotta pay 25 cents for a napkin. if you have a problem, I don't know. just say i will go without napkin. its just an interaction. communicate clearly and you will learn. each interaction is a chance to make things more complex, more dramatic, and more investigative. more interesting and unusual. calm down, move towards the corn syrup, and then buy water instead. always got what i needed, usually water and gasoline and burrito. if you want 5 star service, ... i don't know, try shalimar or something, its a gas station. customers bringing in their pitbulls and paper bags day after day. calm down. stay a while. try the cheese and bean. the rarity of the item increases the demand. singular. one of a kind. if the price on the cheese and bean burrito exceeds 2.99, let me know. the microwave is a raytheon, remember?

I really love this place whenever I go in, the customer service is excellent and the new management guys are doing great even the store Is clean and carry all the stuff I want every time and yes even prices and deals on cigarettes and beers are appreciable with lots of varieties.

What you expect

Stay clear of this gas station if you are in a hurry. The gas pumps are old and on several of them the displays don't work, so you cannot see the prompts to enter your zip code with credit card. Also, you frequently have to go into the store to obtain a receipt as the feature at the pump won't be working. Staff is nice enough, BUT this doesn't help with older failing equipment. Where is Corporate and why isn't this station being upgraded?!!!

Was about to go into Mobil and was yelled at by the "manager" that; if I didn't move my car she would tow it. Turned out it wasn't even my car as I was riding with a friend.

My friend went to move it and she kept yelling at me to move my car. I told her it wasn't my car and that she was unprofessional. I suggested she use the words please, and learn how to be courteous to customers.

She continued to yell at me, and said she didn't care and that she wasn't really a Mobil anyways (she was wearing a Mobil shirt) so there was nothing I could do, it says Mobil outside. So I am making this post so others know to stay away from this store. They have no customer appreciation and their selection is also very poor. Goto the Sunoco 1 block up. This mobile will be losing out on $700 a month from me; hopefully others will boycott it as well.

NEVER open when they say they are. They open late in the morning and close early at night. It is extremely frustrating to know a business' hours, walk over and then find them closed. I just had this happen to me too many times and stopped bothering to go to this store at all. The last straw was after I walked over there one night, OVER AN HOUR BEFORE they were scheduled to close, to find the lights on, an employee in the store, and the doors locked. When I knocked on the door and tried asking what was going on, I got a single dismissive wave, and no further reaponse from the clerk!
Unfortunately these incidents all happened a while back, and had thus slipped my mind, when yet again, I walked all the way over there this morning. It occurred to me on the walk, but I thought - hey, lets give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE. And so, nearly an hour after they were scheduled to open, I arrived to find the place totally dark and doors locked.
REALLLY?
I don't care if you want to open at 9am and close at 9pm, just don't say you are open from 6am-midnight!!
Guess from now on I will be joining the other reviewers at the Sunoco down the street! (The gas at Sunoco is cheaper too!)

Not that great of a gas station/ convenience store.it is not dog friendly an they make it known with their handwritten note tapped to the front door.the employees all ways seem like they don't won't to be there an they don't want you their either.the pre made sandwiches are either frozen or been frozen .not the right atmosphere for such a awesome dog community as portsmouth.

I love it I would rate it 5 stars if I had a option!
