The Home Depot

A large store with everything you would need/expect at a home depot. Whether I am here for my next home project or for grabbing something for my clients the customer service has always been pretty good. Love the gardening/outdoor section during the spring/summertime as well, great variety of flowers, plants, and landscaping options.

Has everything you'd expect from a home depot. My experience with the staff has always been pretty positive.

I frequent the Woodbury MN store and have always been greeted with courtesy and never once have I not been asked if I needed help finding anything! I believe the gentlemen who has been stellar every time was Tom H. kudos! he went out of his way to help several times.

Amanda B. went above and beyond what I would have ever expected from an employee. She looked up the part I needed, went back with me to see if it was truly in stock (her phone showed there was 1 in stock). When we didn't initially find it, she asked a few other employees for their help. Eventually, after searching high and low, we found it! She didn't just give up when we didn't find it initially, she was determined to help me to the end, which she did when she went with me to the front of the store and rang up what I purchased. Amanda exemplified what customer service is all about and even went beyond what I would ever expect and employee to do. Thanks Amanda!

They offer a military discount so definitely stop by if that applies. Also the staff is always helpful and friendly.

I was there & I use a wheelchair & Service dog. Everyone was very helpful and it's waaay different than when I went a few years ago. The day years ago either they didn't have enough knowledgeable employees or they were hiding. I am very happy to see that everyone I asked about stuff knew right where it is.

Gentlemen working the window covering department was amazing!
We just got new windows and quickly needed new coverings. He cut them down and helped us figure out what we needed.

In the past I have advised family and friends to not shop at this location due to horrible customer service. This is a redemption and a recognition review of a store associate the went so far above and beyond, I have changed my tune on this Home Depot Store in Woodbury. A HUGE shout out and a BIG thank you to Sebastian Boppa. You’re willingness to go above and beyond with your customer service has renewed my faith in the service industry. I would like you to know your efforts and willingness to go above and beyond what is expected of you did not go unnoticed and made an entire family extremely grateful for you. Great information from your sales person, John, we bought a washer

This is my favorite home improvement store. I like it for their extremely large selection of hand, power, cordless and specialty tools. I am a loyal DeWalt user. Home Depot has the largest selection of DeWalt tools outside of direct from DeWalt.

I made an online purchase for store pickup. The customer service person was very helpful in processing my order and also helping me resolve an issue regarding a promised discount for opening a Home Depot credit card account. I also needed to rent a delivery van to take my items home, and I requested help to load my items into the van. The entire process worked very smoothly. All staff associates were very courteous and helpful.

Hands down the best stocked, managed and competent home depot I’ve been to.
They keep their website updated better than some other HDs in the area as well, so when going in with a plan, Ive never left disappointed.

Generally, a pretty standard Home Despot. While I appreciate the youth having jobs and working hard, because Lord knows there isn't enough of that going around these days, it hurts the customers when those youngins don't know what the products do or which products are best for a particular need. A bunch of kids working at Wal-Mart is fine, but at Home Depot people are either contractors or DIYers that need specific guidance from time to time from knowledgeable, experienced people. That said, the really friendly older greeting lady is super nice and always makes me laugh.

Edit: Added a star. Some of the younger kids are doing a fine job these days. Happy to see it. From new cashiers handling complex transactions to floor employees finding things for me that other hardware stores couldn't.

The tree and shrub vendor rock!!! They are so helpful and have excellent customer service. Everytime i stop in at the home depot woodbury lthey are there working hard, and will stop what they are doing to help.

Had a great customer experience with two associates. I only have the name of Alex who assisted me in my purchase and also in loading my car.

Purchased a ladder and some other items with the "ship to store" option. They sent me an email the next day telling me my items had arrived.

Walked in, talked to customer service. They located the order and called a floor person to deliver my items right to my truck.

Can you think of better service than that?

The entire customer service team did all this with giant smiles and courteous conversation.
