Krinkie's Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

I've relied on Krinkie for years. For my money, they're the best in the business in these parts. When the time finally came for my 40--year-old furnace to be replaced, they had it done in a day for half of what it would have cost me from some of their well-known competitors. The work quality is excellent. I have absolutely no qualms at all recommending them to others.

Very good service. The phone receptionist was polite and professional and made an appointment in my requested time window (next day). The technician, Shawn, arrived on time and provided me with with several service options. I chose the "band aid" option (minimum cost), and he did not attempt to upsell me on other services. Repair was completed quickly, and and house is warm again. Well done.

Paul N. was very helpful educating us about heat and a/c options. He thoroughly assessed our home and current equipment. He suggested a better carbon monoxide detector and sold it to us at the same price we could get it on line. He installed it in a way that got rid of a plate on the wall left over from an old security system as well. He caught a mistake from another company that had done an annual check and fixed that as well.
We are pleased with every aspect of our process with Paul.

Paul and Krinkie's were very highly recommended to me by my good neighbors. I was not disappointed for a moment. Paul was so knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning. Paul answered all of my many questions with patience and enthusiasm. He was ambitious from top to bottom with my furnace with attached humidifier and reassured me they were in proper working order after his amazingly thorough checkup! I will be having Paul back in the Spring for my air conditioner's check up and then looking forward to many more seasons of year round comfort thanks to Paul and Krinkie's. What a great experience! My furnace quit working on one of the coldest weekend of the year. So I was surprised I was able to get an appointment to have someone come look at it on Monday morning. The tech, Andrew, showed up and diagnosed the problem and gave me a exact estimate on what it would cost to fix the issue. Andrew didn't have the part on his truck but he had someone from Krinkie's run the part out to my house. While he was waiting for the part Andrew preformed a tune up on the furnace. When he got the part it was quickly installed and was back up and running by 11am. Thanks Andrew and Krinkie's!

First time using Krinkie's and had a wonderful experience. Paul was exceptional and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately and provided me a detailed invoice of repair costs. Had to order a part and he made sure to put a rush on it. Returned a few days later for install. All around great experience.

My experience with Krinkie's was exceptional for the service on our 1 year old water heater. Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and detailed. He arrived on time and was able to determine the issue very quickly. He explained the issue and tried to obtain the part locally, but had to order it. He cleaned up the area and prepped for the return trip to install the part. Provided me with the tracking number to track package. It is nice to feel confident that the company is honest and works to provide the best possible solution.

Frank came out on short notice. He was highly recommended by our neighbor. Frank explained everything and repaired the leaking pipe in a short amount of time. The cost was very reasonable. We would highly recommend Krinkie’s.

Mike B came out to my home last week for my bi annual service call. His customer service skills equal his skills as a technician making him a huge asset to your company. I appreciated him taking the time to explain simple tips and tricks to keep my furnace running great between service calls. I've dealt with many great techs over the years and not everyone has great customer service, Mike posesses both. Watch out Bonfe and Pronto! Mike B is my guy and I look fwd to him coming out again and keeping my family home warm in the winter and cool in summer.

Excellent service - my 7 year old furnace turned completely off during the night - 62 degrees in the house when I woke up - going down one degree every 45 minutes. I called the Krinkie's emergency tech who came immediately and fixed the problem. Very smart and helpful. Very glad that I pay the monthly fee for the Krinkies "club", which gives me priority and discounts services.

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Our experience with Dan this past 11/27/23 and 11/28/23 was fantastic. We was very thorough and accurate in addressing our problem (the failure of a boiler expansion tank) and had a new one ordered, delivered, and installed in approximately 24 hours. He also conducted an impromptu water softener test upon my request. We were very happy with the work conducted by Dan and continue to be very happy with Krinkie's overall!

We had Krinkie's install a new furnace and air conditioner last fall. Very responsive, good communication from start to finish, did very good work and pricing was very competitive.

Andy was very persistent in determining the issues with the furnace not firing each time and resetting. He cleaned the furnace and was very tidy in making sure that all the areas were left as when he arrived. Amazingly, he even remembered to reset the thermostat which is not always the case. If you can get Andy to work on your furnace you will be very happy plus cozy and warm. Good work, Andy! Thank you!!

Krinkie's has been coming to our new-to-us house since 2014 and Dan has been here the most and was great to meet. We moved in Sept 2023 and the pervious owner had prepaid an annual inspection of the system. Dan showed me everything that's been done, how to work the system, and what to expect in the future. Dan and I reviewed his work with before and after pictures and was thorough with his report. 100% would recommend.

Only able to give Krinkie’s 5 Stars on Google. Thought they deserve at least a couple more ⭐⭐. They do such a great job.

Dan D of Krinkie's has been servicing our boiler for many years and is always friendly, courteous, efficient, thorough, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.
Dan always has our best interest and safety in mind. This year he detected a minor gas leak coming from the controls of our hot water heater. He showed me the leak, gave us several options to remedy it, but let us know we had time to look at other options to have it repaired. No pressure.

We were experiencing issues with our furnace and Krinkie's was recommended. Mike was dispatched to our house within a few hours that day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix the problem. In addition he brought to our attention a noise coming from our blower motor were bearings starting to fail which would cause the motor to fail. He gaves us some choices and we decided to have him replace it. We believe he saved us from potential furnace failure during the winter. We would highly recommend Krinkie's and Mike.
