Cub - Woodbury

I go here for the banking, as well as the shopping. I like the convenience of having the bank open for longer hours than thevregular bank sites. Sometimes I shop there, but other Cub stores are closer for me.

Cub offers a healthy variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The also offer artisan bread and cheeses. They have great weekly coupons for food, beauty, and household cleaning supplies. But, be careful about the "chemies" when not on sale, because the regular price is quite a bit more than Walmart or Target. All my experiences with the staff have been great. The parking lot is big enough so you can find a decent spot. Overall, Cub usually has the items I want at reasonable prices, with a friendly and helpful staff.

I utilize this Cub store for delivery or pickup. The shoppers are helpful. Diane and Addy are my favorites. They both will alert me at the START of the shopping so I know to stay tuned to my text alerts when I need to make decisions or be aware of a substitute option they have for me. Should anything not go right (like a leaky milk carton or missed item), their customer service makes it right. These people work hard and deserve all the accolades.

I have ordered on line from this store many times. The people that pick out my groceries for me are so kind and helpful and keep me informed of any changes needed and always ask questions. I would definitely recommend this store for all your needs!

Best cub bakery!!!!

If you see a cashier named "Debbie," run to a different lane! She's awful! Everyone else is amazing, and the Baker deserves an award.
I had an issue with one of the employees and I really appreciated the kind, sincere phone call i received from a wonderful manager. We worked it out because HE was so kind and professional.

I feel like this week has been pretty hard on a lot of people and today the cub foods staff were my silent super hero’s. I came in after my work out and was looking for some avocados it wasn’t slim pickings but there weren’t a lot of green ones and I like to grab some of those to stock up for a couple weeks. An employee came up with a box of brand new avocados, and even made sure I got what I wanted without me even having to ask. Which can be a lot to ask now a days. It was a good experience so I went to the donuts to spend a little bit of an extra dollar at a place that treats me well I guess, and you guys had my favorite donut. I was thrilled, I went to check out with my grocery’s and got up to the first register which was stuck on some screen I wouldn’t have minded waiting but the check out attendant was already behind me ready to fix it. And had me out of there in minutes. I feel like people always remember the bad experiences and the bad reviews so I just wanted to give my thanks ❤ Stay awesome cubs foods, give your employees a raise because they are amazing everytime I stop

I enjoy visiting this Cubs location as it is always clean, quiet and stocked most of the time (I like to shop late at night)! The employees are usually very friendly and helpful. I especially want to write this review because I would like to highlight the fact that one employee was a super star in helping me with my grocery purchase last night! I was in a rush, very selective on how I needed the purchase to go and was very tired! The late night cashier, Mikey, was a complete rock star! Mikey was amazing at reading the situation, displayed excellent customer service skills, provided fantastic service, set up the groceries nicely for easy packing and was just so...KIND and PATIENT the entire time (I had to make a quick call to confirm something during check out--no one was behind me fortunately!). Appearing laid back yet attentive, Mikey is a clear example of what an employee should always strive to be: empathetic, hard-working and infinitely competent. Thank you again, Mikey! Kudos to the manager/trainer for this fine employee!

I just want to recognize Sarah in the bakery area. I went in at 6 am today and needed quite a few pastries to take to work. She was so incredibly helpful, as she is each time when I have questions or need help whenever we go in. She is one of the reasons we still shop there, even with all the other grocery stores popping up. Thank you Sarah!

Well managed and stocked with sale items. Fast full check out service with self checkout for 10 items or less available.

Woodbury Cub was a night and day difference from Stillwater Cub. Woidburys is clean, workers all wear masks, they sanitize grocery belt at checkout and they uphold social distancing. It is a respectful environment. Stillwater wears no masks (2 employees had one on) no belt cleaning snd no social distancing. Disrespectful to customers-we will never go back. Woodbury is our new Cub even tho we live in Stillwater.

This cub is always great...though I give the customers 0 out of 5 stars for not putting their carts away and ruining my car.

This is such a popular grocery store, that parking close is hard to find. I had to park 24 cars away. They keep it clean and organized.

Good layout, fresh stuff. Sadly, better than the new Cub in Oakdale, where we have found many expired items.

My favorite Cub Foods location. I pass 2 other locations and specifically drive to this location, based on an outstanding selection of items that I want to buy.
