Bruce helped us find our dream pieces to complete our retirement home. He went out of his way to find just what we wanted. He was so great! He was kind, so courteous, a real gentleman. We will always be thankful that he reached out to us right away. But there was never any pressure of any kind. He's the best kind of salesman!

Had a great time picking out new furniture at the Oakdale HOM Furniture store. Haven't bought anything new in 20+ years, so when the kids bought a house we were happy to help furnish it with our old stuff and get new. So fun!
We had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for, and our salesperson, Pam Anderson, was able to guide us to just what we had in mind. So pleased the majority of our choices were in stock (which was a BIG deal) and able to be delivered quickly. We chose to custom order the upholstery on 1 chair, so we have something to look forward to! We'll be back to find tables and lamps.

Nancy was amazing! Immediately when I walked in the door she greeted me and let me look around. Eventually when I was ready to talk more about what I wanted etc I went to get her and she helped me so much! She was so friendly and so fun to have as my person helping me buy my first ever brand new furniture! She’s Very respectful & just all around amazing! I highly recommend her! We LOVE HOM Furniture. We recently purchased a sectional couch and rug with Bob in the showroom. He was fantastic at providing us all the options without being pushy or sales-y. He was so helpful. We also really loved the "rug guy" who went through several options with me. I really like the fact that we were able to see and touch each rug before purchase. I left the showroom knowing I was going to love my choices. While most furniture purchases take weeks to be fulfilled, we received our furniture (home delivery) within 4 days! The delivery guys were on time, professional, very kind and kept my home clean! I'm so thankful we decided to go with HOM Furniture. We'll definitely be back for other pieces in other rooms of our home. Thanks for caring about the customer!

Go to Jennifer Downing for a bed! I highly recommend her. I am a repeat customer as I have bought some wall decor from her in the past. When I needed a new bed, I made a point to go to Oakdale to see her and that store isn’t even the closest Hom location to me. She is great with providing information without being pushy. All of the beds that I was interested in were in stock and I received a new bed in under a week.

I recently visited HOM Furniture to purchase bedroom furniture, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The sales service provided by Trish Bixby was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, creating an atmosphere that instantly put me at ease.

A very fun and no pressure experience! Trish was as great resource for us in finding a great twin mattress for our daughter that we decided to look for other furniture items while we were there! She even left us take some swatches home so we knew we’d love what we picked out before we decided to buy! Well definitely request her the next time we need a furniture change! Thanks Trish!

Jennifer deserves 10 stars!!! No rating for Google on that though :). She’s such a kind, patient, knowledgeable sales lead, and was super approachable. We were back and forth about our plans for a mattress, but she was super supportive the whole way. At no time did I feel she was pressuring us for a sale. I felt like she wanted us to feel good and comfortable about our decision, whether we purchased our mattress or not. She is such a great person. HOM Furniture management - Jennifer is a GEM! Yvette was wonderful to work with. She knew her inventory and was able to get us an even bigger discount than the already low price the item was marked. We found the perfect side table. Typically we’d have to return to pick up this item that was staged. She worked with her manager to allow us to take it immediately. So grateful to not have to return later in the week.
