Friendly staff, very well organized. They had a massive candle sale going on when I stopped by and they were so efficient in organizing the entry, exit, lines, bags, restocking, etc. I'm not a fan of their lotions and body sprays, but I LOVE their candles.

Awesome product and well displayed. Picked up my online order with no problem.

Sarah helped ring me up because I had a situation with my purchased items from a different place. She was very sweet and nice! I felt like I wasn’t bothersome! She was very helpful. Thank you Sarah.

I absolutely love bath and body works! I come shopping anytime I have the extra money. From lotion and body spray, to hand soap and laundry soap and most importantly candles and room spray! I have to always have a candle going and the lotion and body spray at home and in my purse. I will always be a fan and customer.

Friendly, helpful staff. Didn't have my coupons that I received in the mail because this was not a planned stop. Coupon were on my app so was still able to use them.

Always good to come to a B&BW, and this one in Woodbury was fully stocked. I ordered on line and picked up then continued to browse and shop! Helpful , pleasant staff who were very welcoming too. :-)

Clean, friendly staff and great deals to buy on everything. They handed a paper bag for your items to buy instead of using their mesh bags.

This isn't exactly my place to head in my off time. More of a Cabelas or Fleet Farm guy personally.
But I will say we greeted as we walked in. Deals were explained to us (which there were many). We weren't hounded as we shopped. And if you're into variety or selection, this place has a ton of it.
I was surprised at the amount of coupons you could present at checkout that went along with the current deals.
If you know what you're doing, you can really make a heck of a lot of savings.

Omg!!!! I love this store. I am probably butchering the names but Brandon and Stephanie (sorry if this is wrong) was so amazing and funny!!!! They were absolutely the highlight of my day. It's so refreshing to have other people who likes to laugh and joke and make conversations with the customers. Give them a raise!!! Highly recommend
