Old Navy

This is one of the nicer Old Navy stores in Minnesota. Nice and clean and stocked well. I have found some amazing deals in the clearance section.

My little sister and I stopped in to buy a bath robe for our uncle who is in the hospital. It was a time-sensitive errand, we’d had little success that evening, and Old Navy also did not have any in stock. So why did I give this store 5 stars? Because Tracey, the lead or manager who helped us, and Mary were AMAZINGLY thoughtful and caring to help us still find what we needed. They truly went out of their way locating other stores around the areas they thought would carry it. Tracey even offered to call the store. They didn’t need to do that but they did; AND they actually found one where we’d up to then been unsuccessful. My aunt had tears in her eyes when we delivered the bath robe to their door with a get well card. These are the sort of character traits that makes any person a leader, an ally, an effective collaborator and I can’t say thanks enough. I work in retail. I have for over a decade. Give these ladies a promotion. And hire more like them. I’ll shop at Old Navy because of them!

Tracy is the bomb. she was able to process a return that 2 associates and another store manager couldn’t, while being polite, kind, and professional.
Having worked in retail, this is very rare in a manager!

This is the friendliest store I've ever been to- and it's genuine! Very helpful but not in your way, these workers keep the store clean and well laid out. I always have a great experience here compared to other stores.

One thing I love about Old Navy is if your size is not available in the store. They will check and order your items online and ship them to your home. I the sales and the selection.

I love Old Navy, especially for my little ones. Cute, quality clothing at a good price point. I LOVE that curbside pickup is available. It makes my life easier.

Great clearance finds...only suggestion is to lower items so stuff I could even get to to try on

went here a few months back to get my son some pants and i swear everything was on sale! i practically got him a new closet full for less than $100

Frequently shop there....friendly staff. Most are online. Order kids and toddler clothing most of the time and I love their styles.
