I had forgotten about JC Penny. Not anymore. I love their clothes and styles. They have tall sizes and sizes that do not run on the small side. Definitely check them out.

Stopped by after church today to find something dressy and WARM. Lovely clothes with wonderful sale prices and a price break for opening the JCP credit card -- short story is I got SEVEN nice pieces instead of 1 or 2 for my $100 budget!

Shopping for formal wear store had sales posted everywhere, the selection was great easy store layout by designers on racks. Store was clean had changing room check for fitment.
At the checkout the young gal was able to save me 30% on my purchase and bill was $90.
Would highly recommend store if shopping for formal wear or looking for great savings

I have been to this store several times recently for jewelry repairs. The jewelry staff have all been amazing and well trained in the repair system. I love all my interactions with each member of the team!

Great customer service. Place is clean and clothes are folded and the merchandise are organized making it easier to shop. It's my place to go for shopping. The only down side is that the clothing styles have changed a lot and I can't seem to find the right fit anymore like in the past.

JC Penny in Woodbury is organized, and the staff are friendly.

In defense of Penny's and other department stores including Walmart. People constantly complain about the stores being messy. I wonder how the stores got messy. The employees sure didn't throw the stuff on the floor. It certainly tells what kind of customers shop at department stores. Customers let things drop on the floor and walk away merrily as though it is supposed to be picked up by their servant employees. It certainly is a tell all what their homes look like. Slobs! Don't blame the store. If it is too messy for your taste, apply for a job there, help wanted signs all over. Don't place the blame for your naughty loud kids skidding around and scattering toys all over that are for sale.

It had been a while since I’d stepped in JCP, and I was so impressed! Debbie in jewelry was so fun and helpful. The merchandise was on point. Sephora is a nice temptation, and the girl working there was also very pleasant. I love shopping locally!

Lori on the register was very friendly and extremely helpful. The store was clean and bright and well stocked. My wife certainly went wild in the aisles..

Absolutely loved it! I actually found 2 dresses I love. I've gotten several compliments when I've worn both ot them multiple times!!

One of the few clothing stores of its kind that has a genuine big-and-tall section, and they don't take you to the cleaners on the price. A serious rarity, and it'll be my first stop next time I'm clothes shopping.

Much improvement recently!! New manager = cleaner store, more employees, happy employees. It has been a sad unpleasant store for a long time. I keep going because the selection is much better than other stores in the area. Happy to see the improvement!

We cane in and we had some old gift cards that never was used. The people there was awesome, took time to get our cards updated, super nice customer service doesn't get better than that. That's why I love JC Pennys

Staff is helpful the store is clean. I like it and I'll be back. They have big and tall which I'm happy about and They truly have some great deals.
