Had to get some Viking gear. But they were low on inventory 😢

Went to refresh the summer wardrobe a bit. Store is very well organized, fully stocked, and...I ended up spending a bit more than I wanted...I digress. The spring/summer line really has vibrant colors and some really cool stuff. Got some boat stuff, too. Great, full service spot. Loved it for years. Kids doing sports means I've definitely spent my fair share there, but very happy to. Glad to see the socially responsible stuff, including funding youth sports.

Okay so I’ve been to this location once, and the only thing I bought was a pair of running shoes. However I would 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for running shoes. The lady who helped me, was so incredibly helpful! She knew so much about what was best for my feet. I got the perfect running shoes for my funky feet. It was one of the best shoe shopping experiences I’ve ever had!

Bought a kids bike for a birthday. Front wheel was damaged. Dane went above and beyond to get me a new wheel so I could deliver the bike fully functioning at the party today. Thanks!

I had an accident and badly needing that sports seat to get outside my home and enjoy the holidays. All the staff I mentioned tried their best effort to locate and find me the product that I need even the store is really busy. Thank you so much!

You get what you pay for, family loves it here and the staff is always nice to me and the kiddos when we go in! I love the setting and theme of clothing, there is always, always Someone to help if we have questions. Very knowledgeable about their merch and I will be going back.

My favorite one so far. Every employee asked if they could help us . Beautiful 2 story store with escalators and an elevator for strollers and carts. Very open and clean store.

Went in to buy a fitness band and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I later returned it because it lacked compatibility with my phone. Not only did they let me exchange it for another band they price matched the price Best Buy had advertised. The store always has a great selection and competitive prices overall a great store.

Saw they had an inversion table from checking Google. Went there sales guy went and got it from in back and brought it to register. It rang up for 160 and I showed her Google price at 99, she got manager and rung it up. No fuss. Sales guy then wheeled it to my van. Perfect. Thanks everyone.

I went in with my mom today to help find some fishing stuff for my brothers birthday. Gavin helped us find some great stuff and was very nice. It was a good experience overall

Just had a great experience at Dick's. The young man working the baseball dept. was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the gear, but he was actually a former HS and College baseball player who was super helpful in helping size my son for his bat. When they didn't have the right size bat he didn't try and just sell us one that they had by saying "That should be fine". Instead he said "you want to make sure you get the correct size bat so you can maximize your bat speed". He then suggested we check-out the other Dick's locations or even a competitor which was close by.—Awesome Customer service—we'll go back for other products in the future because of it.
