I had a great experience at Inver Grove Toyota working with many different people, including Peter and Randy. They regularly kept me in the loop while we were waiting for my RAV4 to be delivered to the dealership and they took the time to answer any questions I had. The process to purchase the vehicle was surprisingly quick and painless — I was able to fill out a financing application online a few nights before I purchased my vehicle, which saved me time at the actual dealership. Would recommend!

I had a great experience buying a van with Chuck. I had to put my name on a list and wait to get what I wanted, but Chuck was personable and communicative throughout the buying process. He listened to what we wanted and kept us up to date on where we were on the list. When the Van came in he was patient as I got cash and financing sorted. It took a few days but I'm very happy with my new sienna and the experience I had at the dealership.

My husband and I always have the best experience whenever we come here. Chuck has been a wonderful associate to work with and is always hospitable. We got our Highlander a year ago and now we came back with family to get a new RAV4 for them. Chuck makes you feel welcome, like a friend welcoming you to their own home for a nice meal. We would also like to recognize Jill and Caleb as they also helped us greatly and made the process smoother! They’re rocking it! My husband is thinking of getting another car in the future and for sure we’ll be coming back!

Our whole experience with Inver Grove Toyota was fantastic! Lindsay was incredibly helpful, preparing things ahead of time so that we wouldn’t have to spend extra time at the dealership. Brian provided frequent updates so we knew exactly what was going on with our vehicle. And Caleb was very efficient with the finances, making signing on the dotted line quick and painless. Bonus points for an amazing kids play area to keep the little ones occupied!
