I had a really great experience at Inver Grove Heights Ford buying my 2023 Ford Escape. One day I called the dealership and asked for the manager. Steve called me back within an hour. I explained to him my lease was ending with my 2021 Ford Escape and I told him what I wanted and he said he had just the guy to help me out & that was Tim Corcoran . Tim called me to come in, we set up a time to meet and looked at my options for buying a new Ford Escape. Tim was extremely kind and helpful with my car "wish list". I visited the dealership one more time and was later called from Tim and he said he had found a car for me. I then scheduled the "buy my car" day and the whole process was seamless. I visited with Catrina in finance and she was really helpful explaining all things car finance, and in a way that I understood. Tim then took some time to review some of the car features and I drove away happy and smiling in my new 2023 Ford Escape. My daughter was buying her first car. She was interested in two vehicles and Steven had them ready and waiting for us. He ran them through the car wash and while we were test driving one, he had the other warming up so we didn't have to get into a cold car. Steven made us feel comfortable with the buying process. Overall, we had a great experience.

Recently purchased a 2020 Lincoln Corsair from Inver Grove Ford. Great experience working with Kevin M. during the sales process! He was also very helpful a couple weeks after purchase we realized we only had one key fob for the vehicle, he promptly sent out their 3 party key service to get us 2nd key made. My wife is loving the new ride!

Went into the Inver Grove Ford to shop for a Mach E... wasn't sure if I wanted to lease or buy. I was looking at 2023 because of the discounts being offered. James found a great 2023 in the inventory that had all the options that I was looking for. He ran the numbers for both options. Unfortunately the payment was a bit to high for what we could afford. James said that he would keep an eye on any new deals that come down would call me if something good came along. Amazingly four days later Ford sent down some changes to the interest rates and James call me first thing to see if I was still in the market. Needless to say... it all worked out and my wife and I are the proud owners of a new 2023 Mustang Mach E. James was very helpful and did what he said he was going to do. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and made the buying process very easy. I would definitely recommend James to anyone looking to get into a new Ford.

I went in expecting to buy a 2021 preowned car but with Steven and Raphael’s help my fiancé and I walked out with a 2023 Ford Bronco for a heck of a deal. I bought my first car at Fort Saxon. It was a mini coop countryman 2016 max out and all the luxury package for a really good price. It was a Bitchin ride. However I was in an accident April 30 and my poor mini Cooper got totaled I came back to ford Saxon and they got me into a new car (used) six months later! Needless to say, I’m very happy with the service and the outcome and from the top to the back of the office they are top notch! I recently purchased my third new vehicle from Inver Grove Ford. Once again, it was a pleasure to work with my sales person, Mr. James Rued. James has a incredible record as a sales consultant for over 38 years, most of them with the Saxon group. He is extremely knowledgeable with the industry, and is friendly, easy to work with, patient and not a high pressure type of person. He remains loyal to the customer and his commitment to the Saxon Auto Group.
He spent at least 45 minutes with me after completing the sale going over all of the new features on my 2023 Ford Explorer Limited, and encouraged me to call him with any questions regarding the functions of the new technology now available in the Explorer models.
Also, I have had fair, honest and polite service over the past 8 years at Inver Grove Ford in the service area regarding maintenance on my prior vehicles.
Overall the entire staff is well trained, polite and always willing to answer my questions and provide any assistance that is necessary.
