Tokyo 23 Hibachi Buffet

Atmosphere is really nice. The food quality and variety is really good. They charge 25$ for dinner buffet. Which was okay. You will get a lot of variety as well with different options. It tastes really nice. If you are a seafood person then you are in right place. You can get different types of seafood including prawn, shrimp, crab and fishes. Most of them are bit north Asian style. One thing I didn’t like is they don’t have a good option of Sushi and roll.

This place is amazing. Bring your appetite because you'll want to make more than one trip to the buffet tables! So many options and everything was DELICIOUS! Multiple fresh steamed buns to pick from, many sea food options, the sushi was on point, and the skewered grilled chicken was mouth watering! Also the man on the grill made me some custome soy sauce and Mongolian sauce noodles with the toppings I choose. Everything was good and I plan to keep this place as a favorite!

I love the crawfish here (after 3pm). Super addictive! Service is always great there. I go here as much as possible. Great choices of fillers everywhere. Strongly recommend.

Good food and lots of options.

Called ahead and heard they had both crab and squid today, so we went for a visit. Was not disappointed. $25 for all you can eat crab legs alone is worth it, but they also had sashimi (salmon and tuna), as well as whole soft shell crab. Probably the best value buffet I have visited in a while.

Service was great. The plates were taken away as soon as we were done, and the drinks were promptly refilled.

This is probably our new favorite Chinese buffet and grill!! The sushi was soooo good and they had kimchi that was amazing which is hard to find that tastes that good! They had an awesome selection of pretty much anything and had an awesome Cajun crawfish boil!! The server was very polite and on top of everything as far as getting us refills n taking away our old plates and just asking if we needed anything! Was a very nice clean restaurant!! Plus they had a pho bar and the hibachi to make your own custom plates! Can't say enough good things about this place!

As others have mentioned, it takes a minute to get a table but once you do, it's well worth the wait! You're looking at about $22 per person including tip for the lunch buffet. It's not cheap but I think the price is worth the amount, variety and quality of the food here.

Came here for lunch and there's a very varied menu with high quality food. There's also lots of quirky Asian dishes if you're into that. About ten kinds of sushi, soups, and there's even the hibachi grill that also does Pho and hot pot-ish!!!!

There are a lot of options for vegetarians and pescatarians alike but be careful because some veggie dishes have meat in them.

Fun taro buns and dim sum also available which were a wonderful surprise!!

Great place for dining. 100% worthy buffet.

Fast friendly service, Very good selection of foods. Clean service area. The salad was never refilled so was disappointed about that but the rest was good.

Food was amazing, many different varieties and cuisines. The staffs are so nice we had a fun time. Great price for the quality of the buffet! Definitely recommend!

very nice place to eat. super busy for new years day crab leg special but even with a full house service was still excellent and staff worked hard and fast to keep the lines stocked. plenty of seafood options which is what keeps us coming back. best buffet in st paul.

Went there for lunch on Thursday Oct. 12, very pleasant and clean. Service was excellent, food was really good. Very nice variety. I guess only debit was the pizza 🍕 just looked like Digorno frozen. But other then that a very great place with pretty moderate pricing.

Excellent place, good ambience, they have both hibachi and hot pot all included in the buffet. The selection of seafood and sushi is huge.

Staffs are professionals and pay attention to details.
The rice never disappoints me.
Fried chicken is available in two different styles which is very convenient.
The shrimp spaghetti also tastes good.

My little get away cheap food AyCE. The pho broth is on point. They also have some hmong food such as there boil pork green lettuce stew. Almost identical to oldie hmong style. Makes me feel at home eating it.

Better than other Asian buffets. Great sushi. Also our waitress Susan was very good, she always kept our table clean and our drinks filled.

I visit asian buffet atleast once a week and dont really leave a review but this one of the best asian buffets i been to so far. Interior cleanliness is highlight, service is top notch, tasty food and a lot of varieties to choose from. Food will be moving fast because of its tastiness.

I loved that you could pick ingredients and have them make Pho right there on the spot.
