Picked up a little over 10lbs of Ribeye. The staff was nice and helpful. Good quality meats can be found here. Didn't purchase any seafood this go round.

You can request ready to go meals, which are delicious. They have a great meat selection and bison steak as well. They also have cheeses and spices.

Catered our July 2020 wedding, and.... HANDS DOWN KILLED IT!!!! From planning, to prep, to execution, and follow up - it was FLAWLESS!!!

When we started planning our wedding, I remember us saying- 'oh wedding food never turns out good anyway', so we won’t stress about it….. HOW WRONG WERE WE!!! This food was unbelievable! I still dream about having another wedding or event of any kind just so that I can eat their food again. The presentation was an 11/10! The staff was a 12/10! And the taste was off the charts!! All this during COVID where they were forced to implement all kinds of restrictions and safety protocol- and they still made it look and feel amazing!!!! I was blown away.

And working with them was great! They were such great vendors! Billy and Elizabeth were amazing vendors- loved them! They had such good ideas, and worked with any and everything we wanted. They were fun and super flexible no-nonsense folks to work with. I loved that they had the small town vibe (being local to steamboat), but still operated like a big city operation - timely, professional and HIGH CLASS!

I would use them for every event ever!

Stopped in for some NY strips and snacks and was surprised by the options. The steaks were great and the service was quick and friendly. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Steamboat.

I love Steamboat Meat and Seafood Co. They always have the best cuts of meat, crab cakes, and a wonderful seafood selection. Excited that I can get fresh bison meat. Here is a fresh buffalo ribeye.

Locally owned and we do our best to support- we took home 3 ribeyes to Vail and served friends!! Everyone loved them "best steak ever" heard multiple times - customer service was wonderful too! Thank you!!

Had a great Reuben and grabbed a bone for my dog. They had little neck clams and incredible meats, wishing I had my camp stove and a reason to cook, instead of the hotel stay. Next time!

The best place to get the cut of meat that you need. I went in with a complicated recipe, the butcher took the time to read the recipe and the recommendations in it, then discussed my options with me about the different cuts he had available. I ended up with one of the most delicious meals I've ever made or eaten! It was truly amazing. They also have the most extensive selection of fine accoutrements and condiments you could ever need for the food you're serving.

Simply delicious!!! We had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich which was absolutely incredible. Some of the best pulled pork we’ve ever had. The rueben was equally as delicious. Perfectly shaved corned beef, great sauce and yummy sauerkraut. We are in town for 10 days and agreed that we need to come back a couple times before we leave. Bonus for those who eat gluten free...They offer gluten free bread and Boars Head meats, which are also gluten free!

I always have great service when I visit Steamboat Meat and Seafood. I can always count on them to have noticeably fresh seafood which can otherwise be tough to find in the mountain region.

I visit Steamboat a couple of times a year if I can swing it. Within the first day or two of arrival I plan a trip to Steamboat Meat & Seafood to stock up on specialty items and amazing meats and seafood that arrive fresh and are great quality. I'm from Florida surrounded by seafood and I love this place! Sandwiches for lunch are fantastic!! Make it one of your mainstays, you won't regret it!!

Steamboat Meat & Seafood evokes thoughts or memories of one's neighborhood butcher shop from days gone by. The staff is well informed of the inventory, as well as courteous and efficient. The best grilled salmon I've ever prepared was from there. They have many specialty meats and seasonings or sauces to bring out the best flavors.

They always have what I want and this weekend items are 25% off.

The BEST cuts of meat in the area with many specialty cooking supplies you can't find in most places. We try to stop by to get a nice dinner steak and sushi ingredients every time we drive through Steamboat Springs! Make sure to read the boards to see other meats, pastas, and sausages that may not be on display.

They catered our wedding rehearsal dinner as well as our wedding night at Bella Vista Estate, and it was perfect! The food tasted amazing and everything was perfectly timed. Elizabeth was so helpful in coordinating everything. Thank you so much!!

We got Reuben, crab cake sandwich, and classic chicken. They were fantastic. We wished their outside seats were better shaded, but we found a small bench at a nearby park (eaglescout park or something) next to a small creek. All in all, fantastic food!

I have always loved this place: dress your elk? buy some halibut? perhaps some goma furikake to go with your sushi rice? Local bison jerky? Fresh-cut pasta?

High-end purveyor of meats and some more exotic things. Go here when you can't find it elsewhere in Steamboat. Also great sandwiches, soups and some cheeses.

My son and I are trying to find the best cheese steak in town. Right now (10/18), this is it. Suggestions for other places to try are welcomed.

The highest quality and freshest meat, period. Great people and great, old school place. You will pay for this quality. I say worth the cost.
