This is a great facility! I didn't have to wait at all to be seen on a walk-in basis. Allison was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. It's obvious she cares about her patients. The rest of the staff was welcoming and friendly. They have a membership with very reasonable monthly payments that gives you access to many different services, included in your membership. Great if you're uninsured or have a high deductible. I highly recommend Rapid Care Steamboat!

Such a good experience! As a sick out of towner, I needed fast reliable care, and that’s exactly what I got! Both the nurse and doctor were so nice and understanding. They got me in and out with a prescription in hand in 30 minutes.

Saw a doctor within minutes. Very limited paperwork to complete. Immediately completed rapid strep and flu screens. Office will text/ call with culture results in additional to posting on their confidential patient portal. Doctor was a great listener and provided information on my infectiousness to young family members. Also discussed treatment of symptoms and gave a rx for symptom relief. No appointment needed and longer hours than physician offices in town. Great experience and would use again!

Dr Hamburger and staff were incredibly nice. She even followed up on my condition for two days after my visit. They even have a pharmacy so you don’t have to go anywhere else! Only cost me $100 without insurance

I've had excellent care here, but yes, the cost of services does seem to be very high. Also, it's a shame and an inconvenience that these providers have phones and a computer system that don't function very well.

DO NOT go here unless you want an astronomical bill. I visited this clinic for a strep and flu test (I was visiting from out of town), which I've done in the past in other urgent care clinics, and promptly received a bill of over $500 for this 20 minute visit. And this is with insurance. The base new patient visit fee alone is over $250. I received good, sound care while I was here-- this poor review is not a reflection of the care I received. It is only a warning that this care is at the expense of inflated prices, when compared to other urgent care facilities.

Went for skin cancer screening with the dermatology group and visit was fine. What I did not anticipate is that I would still be fighting them to have my visit coded as preventative after 13 months since visit. That is correct, 1 year and 1 month and I am still trying to get them to correct my bill. Countless phone calls to billing department and still no correction/resolution. I would avoid the headache.

Stay away from Dr Good.! She is a horrific human with no morals or ethics.!
