Great service! I needed a new sofa emergently before 3 weeks of guests were arriving for the holidays. Vivian in the showroom showed me what was available immediately and checked the warehouse to let me know my options. Steve went out of his way to deliver on the weekend so that my company had a couch to sit on while they watched football. Thank you so much, oh and everyone has said how comfortable the couch is!

Excellent selection and service. they have so many treasures just waiting to be found. I needed a small bed table a month ago, and a free standing coat rack yesterday. Walked in and found what I wanted and was encouraged to "take them home to try them out". Needless to say, the items stayed with me. Vivian is wonderful to work with,

I was able to easily order two mattresses and have them both delivered and old ones removed two days after I called them. Great overall service!

My husband and i bought a new split king from Timberline. The bed and the service was outstanding. The bed has a sleep tracker that Steve had a hard time installing the software. Finally after three days and calling the hot line we got thru to the hot line and then was able to install the software for the sleep tracker. Steve never gave up and came over like I said three days in a row and multiple hours to fix the bed. Thank you Steve. We love our bed!!

Hands down, the best customer service you’ll get in Steamboat. Grizz is awesome and surprisingly cheaper than online competitors considering prices reflect resort town prices. I highly recommend Timberline Furniture
