Great customer service! The kids and I were driving from an hour away so we called to check if they had a particular product. The local Petco stores did not have any in stock. They kindly confirmed and asked if they could put it aside for me, which was great. When we finally arrived, staff were friendly and helpful, and checkout went smoothly. Although we were not in the store long, those brief points of contact with staff left a very positive impression with us. Well worth the drive - price, product, and service wise!

I came to find some items for my dog. I was greeted by the employees. I am visually impaired and the employees helped me find what I needed. They showed me lots of options. As someone with a disability life is already hard enough so I very much appreciated the young man who walked me around the store and helped me. For once I didn't feel like I was a bother and I truly appreciate this. The young lady at the register politely and quickly handled a return I had and rang up the items I had picked out. I was having a bad day and left the store with a smile. Sometimes just being treated with that little bit of kindness can make a difference in someone's life. Thank you.

It was a fantastic they had a tub of worms so my spider is a happy well they are and yep pink ball for the dog everybody's good

This Petco has the best grooming salon ever. The groomers are super nice, and always helpful. Service with a smile, and my pup always seems to walk out with a smile.

This picture is my pup a couple days after her haircut there. It is exactly what she wanted.

Had to replace our old betta after he passed away. Brought home "Sam". Spent about $50 for fish, new filter media and fish food (I have several tanks). Staff was busy, but helpful.

I usually take my dog here to get baths and her claws trimmed and buffed. They do a good job here and my dog leaves happy whenever I come to pick her up. Thanks for the great service at Oak Harbors Petco!

Kennedy grooms my dog every time and she does an outstanding job. Buster loves her and always is happy to go get his hair cut! Kennedy always loves on him. I know he is in good hands!!!

Staff is always courteous, and the groomers do a great job in a short amount of time!

The customer service and expertise here is top notch. We took both our rescue pups here for training and we were super pleased with the results.

I called Petco asked them if they had any birds and I also asked if they can hold it for me till 6:30. I spoke with Shelby, she was so pleasant and she did hold a birds for me. When I arrived they offered me the best customer service I've had in a long time!

Love this store!! I have been taking my puppy there for training, grooming and any other needs. The staff is amazing and have had great recommendations every time. Puppy playtime at the store helped socialize our dog better when we got him until now, he still goes as a huge dog sometimes.

Your associate was very helpful in regards to what we needed for our new pet Hamster. She explained everything we needed to know for his care and helped us find everything we needed for him and advised us with a list of other items that would be safe for him to eat.

I couldn't have asked for more professional, courteous, and friendly assistance during my last visit to Petco. The salesperson was extremely helpful and willing to take the time not only to explain different products but show me several different types of products I could choose from. This person is a credit to the Petco organization. Overall, a good experience and I'll certainly go back for additional things for my Yorkies. Thank you.

Small place which is convenient for me! Get in and out, not like that massive Petcos. My go to place since they have a discount program. Worth it if you buy a lot of pet food.

The staff was very patient and helpful. Way beyond my expectations! What I loved most was the obvious care and love to the small animals, birds and reptiles - They all looked healthy, happy and seemed unafraid of my children viewing them. They would come right up to them :)

I've shopped at Petco for years - mostly online these days, but was happy to be able to go to the store in Oak Harbor this week and find the cat food I had inadvertently run out of. Fast service and had exactly what I needed. Nice store.
