Great people, good deals and super clean.

Typical gas station/convenance store. Inside a little rough and dated.

I only go there for gas - the pumps have not accepted my debit card the last three times I have tried, even though it works fine everywhere else I use it. Telling the people inside that it doesn't work only results in rude answers and when I say the pumps have not worked for debit cards the last three times I have tried to fill up they don't even respond.

Ok for gas prices, but their hot food selections are less than from in the past.

Has gas, but the lady working at 9pm on Saturday June 10th had some of the worst customer service and gave me so much sass just for asking how much my snacks were going to be before I told her how much gas I wanted at a pump.

Seemed really pleased with herself to be rude for no reason other than I was in her store asking a simple question.

When I didn't want the rest of my change on the pump she scoffed at me and looked at me like I was stupid.

Genuinely considering never showing up again based solely on her. What a waste as it's the closest gas station to my house.

Hopefully a public review with the time and date will have someone who actually cares look into her behavior, as it's obvious she doesn't care for her customers or her job.

Will definitely be paying at the pump if I do decide to come back so I can avoid some random woman treating me like trash for no good reason. I recommend you do the same and just get your snacks elsewhere.

Had a bad incident with an employee in here, then I tried to talk about it with another employee, and she told me to leave and called the police! Melissa was beyond unhelpful, and always has such an attitude, just a miserable person on a daily basis even if you come in with a smile she is just miserable. I've been shopping here for years, for convenience, but I'll never be back. Their gas has always been known to be the worst anyways.

Went in to purchase gas and a long haired woman at the register closest to the door needs training on customer service. When I asked why my card didn’t go through, she rudely and loudly claimed it failed which is fine, I can try again but no reason to yell at someone.
This is the second time I’ve experienced her rudeness! Now I understand why she covers her name tag with her coat…

I went in today for fountain drinks. The cup holder broke and all my drinks spilled. The ladies working laughed at me, then proceeded to tell me to lose the attitude as I threw away the cups. As I was refilling the drinks they then told me I was being too aggressive with the ice machine as if I have control of how it comes out of the machine, and told me I wasnt welcome back. They are never nice when I come in which I dont really care about, but to humiliate and laugh at a customer to their face like that is absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous.

I've worked in customer service for 15 years & if I had treated a customer the was I was treated 12/3/20 in early morning I would have been reamed out over it. The younger blonde guy that I normally see there is awesome, he'll actually acknowledge & communicate with you like you're a person and not ignore you & walk to tend to the two dollar hotdogs after you had been patiently waiting for them to finish their previous task with out so much as a 'I'll be with you in a moment' or even looking at you.

Lady with gray hair yelled at me from across the store and embarrassed me for mis reading a sign. I'll never do business here again she made me feel so bad.

A consistently bad experience. Most employees are beyond rude and unhelpful. The only good customer service comes from Zonja and Corey, other than that you might as well talk to a brick wall. The customer shouldn't be made to feel like an inconvenience or spoken to condescendingly and that's just basic business practice and shouldn't have to be brought up in repeated reviews. Pathetic.

Great gas prices but that's all that's great . 4 of how ever many workers there are very rude and have attitudes towards costumers. Dont bother asking question or for change it will greatly upset the older later. If your looking for meth it's a great place to ask the people who work there they will slip it under your money. If meth or questions are the only thing your looking for. You have another who loves to chit chat and hold you up from doing the things you need to get done. I'd say if your just getting gas and can avoid talking to MOST of the people who work there . It's a great place for gas anything else take your busness else ware . 711 has great prices and on the same rd at ampm

Absolutely horrible customer service. I can see why they have such a low score. They don't honor what the price is. They charge you what rings up and will tell you thats the price take it or leave it. Total losers at this store.
