7-Eleven

Typically I wouldn't leave a review at 7/11 considering I go here every morning and all night. But today was different, Chelsea and the new employee aka Emily were fantastic and it made the place feel great. Can't say the same for the other guy working there. But maybe he just had a bad day, anyway keep up the good work you two ✌👍

For being such a busy day, the staff was really nice and attentive. I believe both guys were fairly new, also. Great job!

Was so excited to use the 711 Delivery app! Especially since it says Delivery withing 25-35 minutes. So convenient right? Its been well over an hour and I am about to cancel my order. So disappointing considering there are little ones who were waiting not so patiently for pizza and snacks.

Apparently the 711 app is not accepted at this location for no adequately explained reason. I know it works fine since I went in and used it once in the early morning around 1am, but apparently 9 hours later it "doesn't work" for some reason anymore. The girl at the counter even argued with me about whether or not I had shopped there in the morning and claimed the app should not work at all. Utterly ridiculous behavior on their part.

I do not recommend going to this one if you’re on your lunch break. The older lady that works in the daytime with blonde hair and glasses there rang up somebody she knew when I was already standing in line for seven minutes didn’t have time to finish my lunch. And she was very rude.

I would give 711 a negative five stars if I could. I am so sick of 711's card reader not working. I have witnessed this at least a dozen times. I've had their employees tell me multiple times it's been going on for months. Whoever owns 711 here in Oak Harbor needs to stop being a cheep a$$ and get some new readers. At this point I am just going to go to AM/PM.
