Thank you to the flower lady who, so graciously, on Christmas Day, wrapped this heavy cream with a perfect red ribbon bow for me. Trust me, the recipient of this gift will be highly amused. 🎄

People are friendly and helpful. Deli was stocked at 9am, and do was bakery. Flowers were lovely and your could get a vase for what ever the ocation.

Front end associate was very helpful and kind at self check out this early morning wonderful nice huge store found my happy place

I was at Safeway in Oak Harbor today and having difficulty finding a special kind of toothpick. I asked Trinity in the flower department for help and she immediately stopped what she was doing and took me to 3 or 4 locations in the store until we finally found it. She was friendly, cheerful, and you could see that she genuinely enjoyed helping. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you so much Trinity, you rock!

The store is always clean. Great food, good prices, and with their membership reward card I save tons at the pumps.

Great staff! I realized I forgot my groceries at self checkout when I got home. I had my tired baby with me, and I am pregnant and barely able to move without gagging, so I called asking if it was possible for someone to bring it out to me in the parking lot. Not only did he bring it out to me, but he also thanked me for asking for help. He was AWESOME!!! I'll get his name next time I'm there for credit.

Forgot eggs in my cart. No problem, come back and go grab them from the frozen section. Forgot to use my phone number for savings. No problem, here's $5. Holy moly...that's good service.

Love the quality/price you get at this store.... I've also received great customer service and was up here tonight, went through the checkout line and had completely forgotten my wallet, which I'd accidentally left at home. I was so embarrassed and had to run home to get it... They were all very nice and helpful about it, and even put my groceries in the beer fridge to stay cold. Glad they were so nice about it! ... The staff is amazing but there seem to be a couple of really aggressive customers. Was verbally assaulted in the parking lot and have heard the same crazy woman screaming in the store a few times-- she doesn't work there, but wish they had a way of banning her but realize it's a bit difficult to do.

Surprisingly busy for a state on lockdown, but it was the day before a holiday. They did, at the time I visited, have everything I needed, and the staff were super friendly and helpful!! Every single store employee I encountered wished me a happy holiday which was amazing. No retail grumpiness here!!

I was in charge of the food for my sister's funeral and when I ordered I put the wrong date. They got it together in 20 minutes and saved the day. The deli staff is amazing!

Always get my groceries here. 1 morning I had to do laundry and was low on detergents. When I got there I realized I forgot my club card lol and I'm big on savings & getting them good deals. So I was a bit bumped but the cashier that helped me took out her club card & said that's alright sweetie let's save yu a couple bucks here. She totally did not need to do that. All cashiers are super nice & helpful. I've had numerous incidents were I needed help and left satisfied with the service!

This is my favorite grocery store in Oak Harbor. The staff treat my family on a personal and caring level. The store is well organized and clean. There is always somebody to help or find an expert on your question. I was very pleased with the bakery selection and helpful assistance with my daughter's birthday cake .

Place be always bustling but the folks there always hustling - my girl send me in with no backup but my sick rhymes and my sidekicks - yes my kids come in and take a while, my journeys up and down the aisles, but this place meet all my needs and soon a Starbucks (people please!) So I gotta leave my 5 stars though it's hard to find my own car it's still the place I love to go (though it was crazy because of snow!)

Nice and quiet on a Sunday morning. Produce section was fully stocked with great selection. Meat department was putting out fresh cuts. Was in and out getting everything on my list in less than 30 minutes.

Safeway always shines. Good produce, good meat, great selection. And potential the best floral departments in town. If you want flowers for your mate, and want them to last... Go here. Worth the price... And yes the price reflects the quality..

Safeway has been great to me. Just moved to this town not very long ago and they seem to have the best prices and such a large selection on most foods. Would definitely recommend to any and all who do their grocery shopping in this town. Most of the staff is also very friendly. Most overnight employees do not offer assistance however but nonetheless a great store to shop in
