Very quick service. Food was good. Customer playing guitar for tips added a nice little quiet flair.

We stopped at The Cup for breakfast and had an amazing meal. The portion size is great not too much not too little and it was a dog friendly atmosphere. Our server could not be any nicer and was very attentive to our needs.

A hidden gem. This place has it all. There is plenty of seating. 2 dining areas, plus outdoor seating. Parking for all. Well managed staff. Food comes out hot, fast, and fresh. You can taste the love the kitchen puts in the food.

They seemed a bit short-handed, but they were so kind & told us the wait might be long. However, I'm so glad we stayed! The food was fantastic! Had the clam strip meal with fries & slaw. The tarter sauce was homemade & very good, too. The grandkids had biscuits & jelly, ate every bite, & ordered more to eat later!
Will definitely be back next time we're in WA.

We had breakfast here and were surprised at how busy it was at 10:30 on a Tuesday morning. Our food was good, and the server was friendly. There was a man playing acoustic guitar in the corner, which was a nice touch.

The parking lot was almost full and almost every table was occupied. I elected to eat al fresco and, even as busy as they were, the service was timely and gracious.

Reliably great breakfast. Service is good old fashioned smiles and grace.
Prices are better than most places in the area. My favorite so don't go there! (Kidding)

If you say 'Yes' when someone asks you if you are hungry for breakfast, and you find yourself anywhere near Port Townsend, you have to go to The Cup. All day long you can get breakfast, but their location up the hill, is perfect to stop and eat. Check the specials to the right on the board when you walk in, the bacon, avocado Benedict with home fries is spot on. French toast? Yup, quite good, perfectly cooked. The coffee (they have yes for others) is perfect and deliciously not pretentious. Make sure to stop in, you won't regret it (and might need a nap afterwards)!

Great breakfast spot. Easy to find location with plenty of parking. Good portions and prices. Great service that was fast and friendly. The hashbrowns are great, the coffee was good for being drip. The beacon avocado benedict is delicious and makes you wonder why more places don't have one. I will definitely be returning.

Russell treated us as if we were his only guests. We were in town for a few days and enjoyed an unforgettable dinner here. We started with Russell's secret recipe white clam chowder, loaded with clams, followed by market-fresh crab sandwiches and fries. The crab was layered atop an artichoke cheese mixture on toasted brioche buns. We sat outside warned by a wood fire. We enjoyed it alot!

Fantastic food and stupendous service. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for a solid breakfast.

We all enjoyed our food. The service was great, atmosphere light and enjoyable, and I even bought art off the wall.

We went around 10 on a Friday (which was also a federal holiday). We were seated and served promptly. The food came out quickly and it was really good.

Even better, coffee refills came regularly.

Excellent service, fantastic food and wonderful environment. House smoked brisket for the hash, homemade hollandaise on the weekends and a friendly accomodating staff. Cozy fireplace heated seating both indoor and outdoor.

My first time in Port Townsend and found this gem of a diner! I got the Tillamook cheddar burger with mushrooms and fries. Usually burgers are not seasoned so I have to dump ranch on it to enjoy it. Not so at The Cup! Wonderfully seasoned beef patty was perfect and I was able to enjoy the taste! The cheese is from Oregon and was wonderful!! Mushrooms were thick cut and cooked perfectly! Most places overcook them. The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned!! The staff were so friendly and amazing! The customers all seemed to be having a great time and enjoyed their food. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a surprisingly amazing lunch!!

A mom and pops owned establishment with friendly saff and DELICIOUS food. I had the hand battered fish and chips with a side of homemade coleslaw. And let me tell you it was fantastic! This place is definitely worth the stop!!

This was my first visit. Would highly recommend. Will definitely go back!

Don't miss this friendly, family-run place. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast on the patio with wonderful guitar accompaniment. The house-made hash was a highlight.

We love The Cup. Food is consistently perfect, portions are plentiful, waitresses are amazing and as attentive as they come. Very kid friendly. I always bring my 4 year old here and they have a basket of books for kids. Our one and only breakfast place in town. Nice and calm vibes here- that's the only way to dine with a child.
