Needed a chimney chase cap fabricated and a nearby business recommended calling Bob. I had called several places and Bob had by far the best turn around time (only a few days) and price.

Bob came ASAP to save our Christmas. We had another company out who diagnosed the problem but didn’t do any work. Bob without charge and got us limping along so we had heat until the part came in. He has a heart for this community!

Bob was a great help. Spent a long time on the phone helping us trouble shoot our furnace. He let us know that our furnace wasn’t old enough to need replacement but he didn’t have the part to fix it in stock. Gave us a good recommendation of someone who could help. Would highly recommend!

I cannot tell you how awesome Bob was to deal with. We walked in with a furnace part in our hand, which he tested on the spot. No need to replace...then he went on to tell us how to diagnose what was happening to the furnace. He offered to swing by because he would be in the area, but no need since he helped us figure out it was the condensation pump backing up water and not letting the furnace fire right away. No charge, simple good customer service. The place may look like it's not organized, but this is the place you want to go. Thanks Bob!

They call him no show Rowe for a reason. Even when he does show up the job was still wrong. We had to go back and rework a major problem after he said it was "finished". We got it fixed Rowe. If we could give NO star we would!

this guy gives locals a bad name. i have been patient checking back with him every 3 weeks for 8 months on a small fabrication of some boot stacks. nothing. avoid.
