I had the BEST banking experience. Both Ciara Q. and Chandler C. helped me with numerous savings bonds and a deposit this morning. It was a flawless process that I had been dreading for quite some time. I love banking with Wells Fargo. Very convenient.

A bank that greets me by name! The tellers are very good at what they do. Always going out of their way to help. Whether it is suggesting a service or fixing an issue, I have never felt that each and every concern was not addressed and usually resolved! I've been a Wells customer since the 80's. The Steamboat location is by far the friendliest branch I have ever dealt with! They care about each and every customer and it shows! Good job you guys!! Of note: the one and only ATM is located outside and is used by everyone, whether in a car or on foot! My understanding is that this is the only location there was to put the ATM. So, if you're in a car, please stop asking if I should be using it because I'm on foot!

Tellers and bankers have been consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I've been with them for 20 years and have never had a bad experience, including fixing problems and making up for mistakes that I made.

ATM still doesn't work, it's been what almost a year and still they can't get it to work? How is it that a big company like Wells Fargo can't afford a working ATM? I understand that problems happen but this has been a problem for almost a year. There is no drive-thru service and the ATM rarely works. I am sitting here waiting for Wells Fargo to open up at 9 am just so I can deposit money and I will be late for work. It is highly inconvenient and unprofessional that after all this time they still haven't been able to figure something out. It feels as though their customers are not a priority and after being a customer since 2009 we are moving on, this is just ridiculous. The person in the last comments that said the atm always works, that is a huge lie.. it rarely works.

Super frustrated. I’ve been with WF for decades and I can’t believe that I can’t make a Cash deposit through the ATM. I drove all the way from Craig and just missed the 5pm cut off so I had to make a deposit through the ATM. It states that it is not accepting deposits. Checked the night depository and there are no envelopes to make the deposit. Beyond frustrated that I drove two hours for nothing.

Hire someone, ANYONE. You have 4 execs doing nothing. They can help in the teller line. I tried calling for 45 minutes this morning with no answer. So unprofessional!

Broken ATM all the time and no drive up service. Will be switching banks after 15 years.

Worst bank EVER. Wouldn't accept a cash deposit on Tuesday -- forced my friend to walk across the street to the post office to buy a money order -- was closed early for Christmas upon their return. Friend made that deposit this morning -- now WF is holding it til tomorrow without releasing it to me. My phone has been cut off pending payment, which should have occurred two days ago. So I am out of contact until tomorrow at least. Been banking here for 20 years -- never got a loan I sought. They hold all funds as long as they legally can. Stealing our money by holding onto it. I've got a big check coming from a trust, today -- which will go straight to Vectra.

These people have no idea what risk management or liability are if they allow people to walk up to the drive-thru ATM

Clara or Ciara is the worst customer representative, being so disrespectful, yelling, and it seemed that she got bothered for being Mexican
