I highly recommend these amazing people for their services. Stacey got a crew to my house within hours of my first call. They worked hard and efficiently to help mitigate water, mold, wet insulation & drywall. Wade and Chay went above and beyond to make sure I was dry, free of mold, and safe. So grateful for this team.. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thanks, guys!

There aren’t words to describe how amazing Wade and his team are. I had a fire at my house and they were out the next business day, already working to clean up the damage the next. They helped walked me through the insurance process and kept in constant communication in regard to the claim and repair process. I am still working with them to finish my house and wouldn’t trust anyone else to help restore. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Service master was excellent, timely, professional when I called for flood mitigation services. Wade was extremely helpful, fair and efficient in making sure he could do all he could in drying out my home. He continued to be a resource for additional services and connections across the county and would check in regularly on my home. I highly recommend Service Master and am beyond impressed with their services.

ServiceMaster in Steamboat Springs is absolutely FANTASTIC! From our very first conversation with Wade during an emergency evening phone call, they went above and beyond to remedy our water damage during this very stressful flooding crisis! Wade and the team did exactly what was needed to begin and complete the restoration services, when I didn't even know where or how to start. They began immediately to mitigate against any mold, and took care of all of the Restoration details!! They also facilitated a drywall team coming into the house, as well as flooring experts to install gorgeous new flooring. Servicemaster Steamboat is amazing. My first impression on the phone was with Stacey and she was very helpful and sweet in answering questions regarding my water loss and the process. The operations manager, Wade, was just as amazing in keeping me informed throughout the entire process as well as calling me and coming by each day until the job was completed. Chai and the crew were GREAT! They were so mindful of my home and belongings and were always on time. I can't say enough about Servicemaster Steamboat. What a great crew! They are fast and efficient!! Five stars!

Service Master was fantastic to work with. We had a sewage line from the City back up into our condo and Service Master removed all the damaged flooring, sprayed and dehumidified the entire area. They came first thing in the morning and got to work right away. They came back later to help remove the rest of our carpet as well. Wade was super helpful and the guys working with him were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Steamboat.

These guys worked magic on my very water damaged condo. They were responsive, nice, professional, and even came to work on my place on Saturdays and even Sundays. Can't say that about many companies. My place looks so much better than it did before the water damage AND even better, I didn't have to deal with the insurance claim. I can't say enough great things. Service Master is a very reliable and thorough company. Eric introduced me to all of his crew and got to work immediately. He send me photos so I could see the work he was doing. They finished the job in a short time and solved all of the major problems: wetness under house, mold in the house, tested for asbestos and found none and did things that will make it easier for rebuilding interior.

Servicemaster cleaned wall-to-wall carpets in two large bedrooms, two pet stain spots on other carpets, and a faux-suede chair. They arrived at our house exactly when they said they would. They helped us move furniture. They were quick and efficient. The quality of the cleaning was top-notch. And we only paid $200 total.

On December 8, 2019 the building next to ours caught fire. The inside of our building filled with smoke ruining all of our product and permeating all of our displays. Our building suffered 100% smoke damage. Not only did Eric call us back within 30 seconds of leaving a message on a Sunday morning and clean our things in a timely and effective manner, but he and his crew also went above and beyond to help us with our damaged product. The Service Master team stripped our building from floor to ceiling, wall to wall. They have a crew that takes pride in their work and work hard to make you, the customer, feel listened to and taken care of.
