I’ve came here a few times within the past month and didn’t have great experiences but in my most recent visit, Mary was very nice and pleasant. Kindness goes a long way and she sure made me feel welcome. Thank you, I will definitely be returning!

The employees here are great, always friendly and helpful. Of course if your package is shipped to a post office, it does have to be sorted so there will be delays. Lots of neg reviews for this post office and I have no idea why … Besides things out of the hands of the staff. It’s always busy and the staff handles the volume of visitors and the packages with care.

The employees here are overworked, helpful, lovely people who are frequently accosted by the public and it makes me sad. Please be nice to our postal workers and I promise they will be nice to you!

The postal workers here have been very pleasant and helpful to me, despite the nature of the job and usual expectations for post office employees. After living here over a year, I've found they are consistent in providing excellent service. There's always a line whenever I go, but by the time I get to the counter they are helpful, efficient, and courteous.

Was able to have a 6 month PO Box, also have a PO that only recieves mail 6 months out of the year for the past 30 years. A beautiful historic building and a place to see the community of Steamboat. Great parking and incredible landscaping. Yes, it isn't easy to get 2 day delivery when you are in such a spot in the Rocky Mts but that's one of the reasons we live out here, it's out there!

The employees are always nice, friendly and helpful. You can use their physical address with your box number to get packages. Things take an extra day to get to you after the shipment has been delivered but that’s just the nature of a PO Box delivery in a busy town/ post office.

The staff are always friendly and reliable, Steamboat is a small town and they do a great job with the circumstances, it is not the staffs fault poeple don't know how to use po box's. Shop local, stop using amazon, be kind.

Always nice and helpful, I receive lots of packages and have had few issues. USPS not delivering to my physical address was a bit annoying at first, but then when I asked and they told me to address it to the post office that issue was all sorted out.

I love love love. My post office - super helpful. Ms mary helped me with some tricky packages - and was way more patient than she should have been.

Had a package returned as undeliverable because of a shipping error. Called the Post office spoke to Jeff and he explained everything AND HOW TO AVOID THE ERROR NEXT TIME. Great customer service. Thank you, Jon Baker

I mail 20+ packages and letters a day for work and haven't had any issues. The staff is great and so nice! I enjoy seeing their faces everyday :)

Very friendly people and helpful! This was a very busy place and as it got busier another postmaster came out to help.

Jason was the bomb!!! We got in and out quickly for passports. Important with two small kids. He also was very nice.

I went there to get a passport and the young guy with dark hair was so nice and funny and made the process fast,easy,and fun for me and my mom.

Have had great service with a smile, and even some jokes, every time that I’ve been in. Very professional & friendly staff doing a tough job.
