Love. This. Place!!!! A must if in steamboat springs.
My husband and I came here for dinner while on our minimoon and we had an incredible night.
We got the tuna and pasta agnolotti as apps — both of which were amazingly flavored and could have had 2 more servings of each.
For dinner I got the short rib with kimchi fried rice and it was top frickin notch.
My husband got the salmon special and loved it as much as I loved mine.
The drinks were delicious and service was 10/10.
do not pass up this place — will certainly return when I’m back in steamboat.

Wow! We came for happy hour. Incredible food and wonderful service. Here’s what we had. The Portobello fries 🍟 are amazing! There’s a 🍋 lemony taste to them that is so good! The corn 🌽- whoah! And the Carne asada tacos 🌮 are delish! Same with the Poke! Everything was prepared to be and taste just right.

We ate here on our recent trip to Steamboat, visiting for an early dinner with our two small kids. The staff couldn’t be kinder or more accommodating to us, and our kids enjoyed watching the activity in the kitchen from our seats. Like many spots in town, the happy hour menu was comprehensive with options for both food and drink. We started with house cocktails and the portabella fries, and continued with the shrimp ceviche, mushroom cappelletti, and pork torta. Our kids enjoyed their massive plates off the children’s menu as well. The cocktails were all very good, and the food was top notch. Pricing offers great value for the quality of both food and drink!

Absolutely fantastic food. We had the tuna poke, spinach and beet salad, and the Korean short rib! We also got a complementary white chocolate crème brûlée since we were celebrating a birthday and it was the “icing on the cake”. We’ll definitely be back! We’re currently full, happy, and can’t stop talking about the food. Amazing.

Amazing spot if you are ready to drop some money on some of the best food in Steamboat. A little hack is to show up between 430 and 6 for happy hour prices on some appetizers and the cocktails. And on this most recent visit we did just that starting with the Brussels Sprouts and Cauliflower wings. Choosing which one was my favorite legitimately ranked with one of toughest decisions of my life. The Brussels sprouts were perfectly seasoned with each one cooked to the perfect texture. But let me tell you, this Buffalo Cauliflower on the blue cheese sauce may have made a vegetarian out of me. Meanwhile this was all enhanced by perfectly balanced cocktails at happy hour prices. My personal favorite was the rusty nail. For the main course we finally settled on trying the duck. I admittedly have never really ordered Duck, but I would equate this one of the better Ribeyes I’ve ever had. Nice crispy melt in your mouth fat on top with medium rare buttery meat on the inside. Always leave here very happy I decided to come. The entrees are pretty pricey at around 40 per plate, but it is the type culinary experience where it’s well worth it in my opinion.

One of the highlights of visiting Steamboat. Come for Après ski hour! My partner and I were in love with their drinks, immaculate presentation, and delicious food! So worth it and the servers were so friendly, made our time even better chatting with them.

Came for happy hour and sat at the bar. Bartenders were super friendly and attentive. We ordered a mix of happy hour specials and full priced menu items. I'd probably stick with the happy hour menu next time just because it's a better value. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend the Portabello Fries. This was a last second add-on when ordering--In my head, I was thinking they were truffle potato fries when I ordered them. Obviously, fried slices of Portabello mushrooms weren't what I was expecting, but oh my goodness, what a pleasant and worthwhile surprise. I rarely order mushroom items because my husband hates mushrooms, but the Portabello Fries are totally worth it!

I loved the vibe of this bar! Great choice for groups if you’re looking for small plates to share or unique entree options. I would recommend starting off at happy hour to get the most out of your experience.

Excellent food choices! All the starters and small plates looked so good; hard to choose just one! The leeks and portabello mushrooms were excellent choices, as well as the duck tacos small plate. And the drink selection was great!

We have long enjoyed Table 79 and this time elected to sit at the kitchen bar top and are so glad we did. The food was amazing as always but what truly impress us was the kitchens management, organization and speed. it was a joy to watch and offered a glimpse into what makes Table 79 a wonderful place for date night or to connect with friends.

After having a great work holiday party at Aurum, I was looking forward to checking out the new great place in town that I have heard nothing but great things about. We were in Friday of Valentines day 2020 and the place was hoppin’. We were seated quickly with having reservations and I quickly noticed the new great atmosphere that was more casual and bumpin than I imagined. Louder music but still able to converse with people at youre table.
The service was on it and the food was phenomenal. Looking forward to making it back again soon for what we hear is a great Happy Hour. Will post photos next time because we ate it all before even thinking about photos!

Wow! Every drink/starter/entree/desert we got was so f'ing good! The Rocky Mountain trout was our tables favorite dish. Our server Adam couldn't have been any friendlier. Overall just a wonderful thanksgiving dinner experience. Will 100% be back next time I'm in town.

Table 79 was a fun experience. The drinks were unique and delicious, I had the Barrel Aged Tequila Old Fashioned. I would have drank them all night, but I wanted to be able to ski the next morning! I don't know if the food or drinks were better but the Pan Seared Salmon was very unique and flavorful. The menu may look small at first glance, but the variety of food and quality of food makes up for it, you can't go wrong. The staff was also very friendly giving wonderful recommendations.

We loved everything about this restaurant! The drinks were sublime and their happy hour specials can’t be beat... high quality food at a reasonable price during happy hour. The portobello fries are a must try and the tiramisu was to die for. If your in Steamboat and are looking for an upscale spot, Table 79 is where it’s at!

This is a must-stop when you're in Steamboat - amazing food, friendly service and great drinks - what more could you ask for? They made the perfect dirty martini and have an impressive whiskey collection. Definitely try the Tuna Poke, Beef Carpaccio & the Portabella Fries (I've never had anything like them - so amazing). For dessert I had an Espresso Martini - because I was expecting a late nite at the Springs - but definitely try something more decedent.

Table 79 was by far our most favorite dining experience while in Steamboat. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the Olympics and chatting with the Zack. He made a fabulous French Martini (the best I've had in Steamboat) and had some fantastic recommendations. We always appreciate excellent service (which is hard to come by these days!) and would definitely recommend sitting at the bar with Zack or possibly at a table with Frank (he would come by to pick up drinks and chat occasionally). Great ambience and delicious food - I am a "dessert first" person and the campfire dessert was incredible and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Be sure to book a reservation since they seemed to be highly sought after the entire night. We'll return on our next trip!

My husband and I booked this last minute and I am so glad we did! We sat at the bar where we got to interact with the chef who was super personal and helpful. Our waiter guided us with beverages for each of our tastes. The Brussels were the best I’ve ever had in my entire life (and trust me I try them at every restaurant). I got the French onion toast after I watched them make piece after piece. Such a balanced small plate full of flavor and texture. My husband ordered the short ribs which were delicious and the mashed potatoes were literally to die for. We finished the night off with a campfire pound cake which was also very balanced and unique. Overall, I rate this as one of the top dining experiences I’ve had in my life but I highly recommend sitting at the bar so yiu can watch what they are preparing and ask questions. Such a wonderful and unexpected hidden gem.
