Seedz (Steamboat Springs)

Incredible food! I sometimes take quite a while deciding what to order because everything on the menu sounds so amazing. I love that there are so many vegetarian options. It’s obvious that the ingredients are very high-quality, and that a lot of time and care is committed to creating healthy and delicious dishes.

Buddha Belly Salad was so fresh and flavorful. Staff was so friendly. Veggies were delicious!!! Left feeling so satisfied and light.

My partner is vegan and we found this gem right on Main Street. We tried the Mana Pua with wild mushrooms and Kimchi and they had so much flavor I was very pleasantly surprised. We also tried the spicy edamame which was delicious. My partner got the Veggie Potato Dumpling “Hash” which was similar to potato gnocchi with vegetables - amazing flavor everything went very well together. I tried the Korean Cashew noodles with tofu per the recommendation of our server and was not disappointed. We ended with the banana chocolate cake (vegan) and it was sweet and creamy. I think there was only 1 server when we dined but the service was amazing. Everything came on fast and we did not have to wait long for anything.

The food is delicious 🤤 I'm vegan and my husband is not and we each had great options available for our different diets; we were both so happy with how good the food was. The people working here are also very nice. We plan on coming back next time we're in town.

We loved Seedz and came here over 6 times in 2 weeks. We love that there is a whole vegan lunch and dinner menu, our lunch favorites were the vegan burrito, mango curry tofu bowl, and the chorizo lettuce cups. Anything with the chorizo is delicious! Our dinner favorites were the garlic edamame, mana pua (steamed buns with mushrooms) and the gochujang tofu with mushrooms. We loved the lemonade and guava lemonade, and the chocolate peanut butter ice cream was amazing. Customer service was wonderful every time we were there and highly recommended visiting this place if you’re Steamboat!

Went looking for dinner with a vegan friend after a hard day of skiing. We found Seedz online and showed up there. The menu is very unique with enticing options for vegan and full omnivore alike. The atmosphere is relaxed and rustic. The service was very attentive and friendly. The cocktails were excellent. Most importantly, my vegan friend really loved the dinner, a great contrast to often having to make do with meager choices. I would go back at the next opportunity, with or without a vegan in the party.

Everyone in our group throughly enjoyed eating here! They have something for everyone and the food is full of flavor. I’m not a garlic bread person to say the least, though I fell victim to second ordering of their rendition. It is a must try.

I’ve been here a few times over the past decade of visiting Steamboat and I always find it enjoyable. Today I happen to stop in at happy hour and try the mini rice bowl (chicken curry,) along with the shrimp shumai. Both were delicious! The
atmosphere is relaxed and laid-back and the staff are always so friendly! Do yourself a favor and stop in for a tasty, fresh, healthy meal. They also have a great variety of drinks - both alcoholic and non.

Yummy and healthy food in Steamboat, with a separate vegan menu with many options, and cocktails. Came here for lunch and ordered the Mango Curry Tofu Bowl and the Maki Bowl; both were delicious.

I have a gluten sensitivity and it is hard to find good variety when dining out, but not at Seedz!! I have yet to have anything here that I didn't absolutely love! Lunch or dinner this place is a must visit for anyone in the Steamboat area!

I love that most of their menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free. My seedz tower was delicious. The gluten free English muffin with goat cheese, kale, tomatoes, roasted garlic and spirulina pesto drizzle was amazing. They have classic breakfast options with a healthy unique twist and very filling. If you are looking for organic options they have the best breakfast.

The shot fizzy and asain chicken wrap were so delicious! Fresh fruit always and clean eating. Very concious of food allergies here. Also their dinner is awesome, try the bimibap!

Had a great experience at Seedz Cafe today. I was wanting a healthy lunch and I had herd Seedz was the place to go, so I stopped by to try it out, and let me tell you they did not disappoint. Everything they served me was very fresh and full of complex flavors. The portions were perfect, and the price was reasonable for what you got. Ill definitely say they are a little on the pricy end of lunch with mine costing $30 after tip, but the product you get is well worth it. Their menu has lots of variety and everyone in your party will easily find something they like. I highly recommend stopping by and giving them a try. Note their menu has changed since this visit and from what I have tried it is just as good as their previous menu.

I visited Seedz twice during my stay in Steamboat and was blown away by the food. The food was fresh, flavorful, filling, but not heavy. I had the Gochujang one night and the Honey Ginger Salmon the next, which was the perfect meal before running the marathon. Great non-alcoholic drink choices in addition to their cocktail menu.

Super tasty food! Fast and fresh. Great quality and super flavors. We got the popper sandwich and spring noodle bowl. Margaritas are strong and yummy. Great choice after hike!

Wanted to come here since driving by last year and it did not disappoint. The salmon is incredible.
And definitely get a side of the kimchi. Can't wait to come back.

Once again, I find myself speechless. There’s just something about a restaurant where you know it’s something special, and Seedz has it.
The food is so good I’m not even going to bother explaining any particular plate. But the creative fusion and the respect for ingredients is second to none, and the quality is ridiculous.
The service staff is unbelievable, always able to offer a great suggestion if you’re stumped, great command over a pretty diverse menu, they kill it.
So clean and beautiful, the decor is homey and sophisticated.
Something I’m pretty into: an entire separate vegan menu. It features many similar items with the main menu, but also has unique items as well. But keeping them separate really helps ensure efficiency in ordering, minimizes strain on the server and cook to nail a bunch of modifications, and makes everyone dining more comfortable managing dietary needs. I know you’re probably not the only restaurant in the very vegan-friendly Steamboat area, but good work there.
My better half also pointed out the portions being generous but not stupid. You can finish your meal comfortably fulfilled without the need to dump food in the trash or hand out to go boxes for the landfill en masse. This is something I’ve overlooked in the past, but for those lacking replicator technology, I recommend this type of conscientious approach.

Truthfully, we come to Steamboat for Seedz specifically more than we’d like to admit. Never miss a chance to grab brunch here!!

Some of the best food and service we enjoyed while in town. The Caribbean Mango Curry Shrimp was my favorite! It was loaded with flavors and the shrimp were cooked perfectly.

Delicious food!!! We came during happy hours and their options were great. Kids love it too.
