Moses was great. He was patient with me as I kept asking for updates thinking my computer was for sure done... But, Moses was able to fix my Mac and sent it back to me working as great as when I bought it!! He went out of his way to meet me in Craig to grab my laptop, which was much appreciated. Would 10/10 recommend him for all your technology needs.

Moses was exceptional!!!!! He walked me thru the process ,on the phone because i did not have a car, to fix my computer problem. He was very calm and reassuring as he had me perform various tasks which eventually cured the problem....He is the one you need to call!

I was having issues connecting my computer to a new wireless printer and Moses made time to come over to my house the same day I called him and get everything connected. He was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend.

He listened to my issues, gave me wonderful options of "work arounds" to try. And then, as a follow-up, he met with me in person to help me move forward with a plan of action to resolve the issues. I can't say enough about his knowledge, his professional acumen, and of equal importance, his kindness. He's simply wonderful. I'm pleased to have him now serving as my "go to" for any IT needs. My MacBook would not power on. Movses returned my call promptly and was at my house within an hour or so on a Saturday and he fixed my problem, did not charge hardly anything and made some good suggestions without pressuring me to buy anything. Very good service.

Moses was a such a professional and patient person. He talked me through my options and didn't try to suggest something complex or expensive - just something that was right to get my older computer back up and running for my basic IT needs. He seems to make great suggestions based on how you use your computer and listens first to what you want. And also there was no judgement for not having backed up my data-!! He worked very quickly and my laptop is back up and running normal. I would not hesitate to use him again.

I had a piece of the charging port lodged into the iPad, and he was able to meet me and find a solution within an HOUR of calling him. He is very knowledgable, and very reasonably priced.
