This location has a decent amount of inventory, I recently stopped by for a purchase and everything went smoothly

Purchased an LG tv from here. Ordered same day pick up. The process was fast quick and easy, a worker helped us load it into the car.

Best Buy has consistently delivered a positive shopping experience during my visits. One notable purchase was a refrigerator, and the staff's friendliness and expertise truly stood out. They guided me seamlessly through the entire process, from finding the product online to arranging the delivery. It made a significant purchase like this feel hassle-free.

I've also acquired an unlocked phone from Best Buy, and the simplicity of the process was refreshing. It's not just appliances; I've picked up various electronics here as well. The store's wide range of offerings and the ease of shopping make Best Buy a go-to destination for tech and appliance needs. It's always a pleasure to shop here, thanks to their helpful staff and impressive selection.

Best Buy carries a great selection of electronics in store. They had the memory cards and camera mount I was looking for. We were able to browse the store for ideas as well. The staff at this location helped us find the mount and checked with us periodically to see if we needed other assistance.

I absolutely love this store! First, there was a guy outside the store to greet me and told if I needed any help inside where to go then answered my questions as to where I needed to go for what I had to do. He was so sweet and personable. Even though they were very busy inside, they took care of my online pickup quickly and courteously. The store inside is very open and extremely well-lit. This really is my favorite store! 🤩😍🤩😍

Three reasons I bought my Apple MacBook Air from Best Buy. Fast Delivery, Superb Service on line and at their physical stores without pressure to buy and why give my money to Apple directly when they can’t ship for weeks. Why not give a chance to a smaller corporation! I try to buy all my Apple Gadgets at the store in Williamsburg. Great store. If you like to buy an expensive Apple item I would prefer to see it and touch it. See in person if it’s for me. Best Buy gives you that chance but Apple makes it difficult because you have to wait for weeks for delivery or if by any chance it’s available, having to ride to only one store which is very far from Williamsburg and if you are lucky to be able to pick it up it will depress you. You wait on line. The reps call names, come over to verify the information than you are called in where’s only associates can be seen. They give you a $1,100 plus taxes iPhone and you leave. That’s ridiculous. Yes there is danger with the pandemic but the experience can we warmer. I was a fool not to go seven miles to Best Buy but 90 miles round trip to the Apple Store in Norfolk. * pictures of Apple Store location in Norfolk are labeled as Best Buy. I don’t take responsibility and it’s time consuming to edit each picture.

I purchased the animalisland learning system through Best Buy for my grandson. He’s learned so much and keeps his interest.😃

The staff was so amazing! We went back and purchased the new Samsung 4door smart refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave!!

Best Buy near us was first stop when phone refused to charge on vacation. The young lady (sorry I didn't get her name) was so patient and helpful taking time to search for a fix, doing it, and giving us enough of a charge to get us on our way. Thank you!

Went in to see about a step tracker and this wonderful young lady assisted us by quickly telling us where the items we were looking for were, then asking some general questions to help determine my ultimate needs. She knew detailed information about the different brands and models and helped get the product from lock and key, all the way to the cash register. Pretty sure she was smiling behind that mask because she was so friendly and helpful! Wish I'd caught her name, but I was distracted by the new gift from my boyfriend!

This specific Best Buy may not be the biggest or busiest Best Buy but everybody there is a trained professional. They know everything about what you need, and if they don’t they will get you to a specialist that does. You kind-of get a home store feeling at this Best Buy because of the one on one interaction when engaging with the employees here

Such a great experience. They had in stock a very hard to find in stock gift item and another one bought last minute. While the curbside check in wasn't working on Saturday to pick up both items (one items was very heavy) they were able to fix things and have a flat bed cart for use to use to bring the items out. The pick up process in this store was professional, friendly and quick. They turned around my in experience from the poor one I had the night before at the Chesterfield location store. I was able to confirm items showing in stock was in stock based on my bad experience the night before, and was very grateful. I will consider making them my top go to for electronic items with another favorite store going forward. Even during the holidays, they provided a positive in store experience, and it means alot.

Convenient location. The store is well stocked and organized, and rarely busy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I shop here roughly 6 times a year.

Sales floor rep Amanda was so friendly, personable, and funny. She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.

Kirkland was pleasant and helped get heavy product for me from a high shelf.

I was making a large purchase (which is uncommon for me) and was nervous about finding what I needed in-store. While there weren't as many PCs and monitors as I was hoping to find, those two employees helped me find what I needed and made the experience go smoothly. Thank you!
