So this is my first time staying at a resort in Williamsburg & I’m actually glad we chose this one. The staff were friendly and service was quick checking in and out. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite vs. our 1 bedroom. They even offered a complimentary extra day to stay but we had to come back home for work. They do offer a package deal for 4 night stay for & $199 ALOT but when you tell them no they eventually stop so it wasn’t annoying as I thought it would be. They have good amenities on site and you can order food and they will bring it to your suite which honestly is a spacious apartment it’s pretty nice! Our only mishap was when we tried to get back in our place and the main door to the suite was locked so we had to go back to the registration building and they handled it very quickly!!! Security let us in the main door and advised the lock had died so maintenance was on the way. I really love how they wanted to make sure our stay was good and they handled everything so quickly! We will definitely be staying here again and longer.

Wow! Just wow! Absolutely perfect in every way!

We stayed there recently for New Year’s. We had reserved a 3-story, 3-bedroom townhouse, for 2 families and absolutely LOVED our stay! The house had everything you need to make a comfortable home away from home. The kitchen had a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. We brought food with us and saved a TON of money by eating in and enjoying family time.

We brought our own holiday decorations and decorated the family room with tinsel trees and nutcrackers. The patio is such a perfect extension to the house. Loved it!

All three rooms are located on a separate level. Very well thought out! We had one family with small kids stay on the first level, with its own walk-in bathroom and closet. My husband and I stayed on the second level, with a separate walk in bathroom and closet as well. Additionally, there was a pull-out couch outside our bedroom. Our teen son stayed on the third level, with his own TV there. That room is perfect for teens!

The grounds are absolutely stunning! There is a cafe on the grounds, a pool with two hot tubs, and even a playground! The office had cookies for the guests checking in. And everything was absolutely stunningly decorated for the holidays!

I left a charger in the bedroom and contacted the hotel to claim it. The security manager was very quick to respond and sent me the link to submit a “lost item” form. He had located it in the bedroom and will be shipping it back to me.

Overall, we had a blast! It’s about a 20-minute ride to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The price is so reasonable for such amazing accommodations! The only disappointment is that it’s not dog friendly.

We've been coming down to Virginia for the past few years. Our first stay here was last year it was the best place we've stayed! As soon as we left we booked it again for this year. Comfortable bed, great floor plan perfect for a toddler that loves to run around. The food at the Cafe was really good there's a restaurant on site unfortunately we didn't get to eat there since we had other plans. One of the employees told my husband there was a little store there where you could purchase certain items but it closed due to covid I'm hoping they open that back up soon! There's a little look out spot at one of the ponds and you can feed the turtles!!!! I highly recommend staying here. I can't wait to go back this spring!

Love coming here in the off-season because it's cheaper than other hotels during the main tourist season. Stayed 5 times so far and love having an entire town home. Stayed I'm the one bedroom, two bedroom, and 3 bedroom townhouses. Have all the amenities of a usual townhouse with a pool, inside pool, restraunt, coffee spot, mini golf and more. Strongly suggest staying here and it's close to everything.

Overall a nice property and a good two bedroom condo. They’re undergoing some renovations, but still charge the full resort fee even though somethings were not available. I don’t think that’s fair. Also, for two nights we spent almost $500 but they expected us to take out the tiny bit of trash, put it in the car and drive it to a dumpster. Regardless of price I think that should not be requested of a guest unless there is a lot of trash for a longer stay. Also, take note they do not have smart TVs so I would bring your own fire stick if you want to watch more things in the room. Overall, it’s a great location nearby everything and tons of beautiful fountains and geese. Coffee shop was good. I would stay again.

My family and I stayed here over President's day weekend. Friendly staff, close to stores and resturants. Plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. We stayed a 3br unit and it was perfect! So much room and more than expected. Love the full kitchen to prepare meals. In addition to the living room and dining area there is a sun room, fireplace and outdoor patio area. One king size room and full bath also on the first level. On the second level you have a loft sitting area, another king size bedroom with full bath, a linen closet and a full size laundry room. Then as you approach the 3rd floor, there is a window sitting area and on the 3rd floor, another bedroom with 2 twin size beds.
We will definitely be back to Powhatan!

The property is very well kept. The rooms could use a bit of updating in decor, but they're nice and spacious. Kitchens are equipped with basic cookware. This was my 3rd time this year staying at this property.

Absolutely loved this vacation club! We stayed 3 nights in a suite with a king bed and queen bed - $165 per night. Very affordable for how nice the suites were. It was large, with a beautiful kitchen and amenities, a lovely fireplace in the sitting area, and plenty of storage for your clothes, shoes, etc. We also ate at their restaurant on site and the breakfast was delicious and affordable! Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Williamsburg area.

Beautiful grounds that are well maintained. Their mini golf course and tennis/pickleball courts were in good shape.
The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable and the linens were in good shape.
The resort is an easy drive to colonial Williamsburg and many restaurants.

Very dated rooms. No elevator to second floor rooms, 16 steps to carry luggage up. At the update for owners we spent 3 hours while the associates tried to sell us more points. Williamsburg and Yorktown area historical, well care for, beautiful.

Great location close to William & Mary College and Colonial Williamsburg. Property is meticulous. The 2 bedrooms with 2 en suite bathrooms are a huge plus.
Very comfortable beds and plush towels.
3 Giant TVs in the apartment with DISH as the provider.
Quiet and peaceful area.

This was our 1st trip to VA and we were blessed to choose the perfect location and perfect resort. The resort was beautiful and peaceful with plenty of amenities to use or just take a stroll to enjoy the landscape and ducks.

My family enjoyed our week in Williamsburg. This place was very nice and clean. Private balconies with a small pond in the back. Pools - 3. Kids loved it. We made friends with a one legged duck during our stay. The best vacation for my while family.

We always have a good time here. Only complaint is when looking for the rooms at night since it's so dark and trees can be in the way when looking for signs. Other than that, we had a great weekend!

Great place to stay in the Williamsburg area. All kinds of activities, beautiful grounds. Everything you need for an extended stay in the spacious units. Close to parks, stores, attractions. Staff are very competent and friendly. Will return.

The unit was great, it had a full kitchen. It was a two bedroom unit and also had an indoor sun room as well as an outside patio. Everything was clean and all linens were supplied enough to cover the need, as well as they were willing to bring more linens to the room upon request.
The service was welcoming as they opened the door for us at the check in and everyone was welcoming, and as I said before they were willing to bring items to our room upon request.
The location is good as it is as it has some colonial history nearby. It is one hour away from Virginia Beach, so it was drivable. I only gave it a four star instead of a five star for location due to the fact that it could be compared to a resort that is literally right on the beach. There were lots of resteraunts and grocery stores ect. locally and the drive in the area was pretty, with lots of trees ect.
