Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Not too crowded, easy transaction. I will remember to stop by and enjoy Kohl's on a regular basis.

We went to your Williamsburg store on Friday 12/22 and was very pleased with the reception we received. Store was in order and checkout was a breeze. Employees were extremely helpful and kind. We were.at the Newport News store earlier in the week but it was so busy and overcrewded , not because of anything Kohl’s could be held responsible .
We left our purchase and decided to go to the Williamsburg store later.

For a Kohls, this place was surprisingly different...I was able to get help finding a bathing suit in the store even though it's almost winter! I had to ask several people but they did find me one, so I give them kudos not for just helping, but for having staff that could!

Like Kohl's once I figured out the sales cycle etc. Their 30%off coupon makes their products competitively priced. The new pickup cubbies are convenient and the Amazon return capability is a big plus.
