AC Hotel by Marriott National Harbor Washington, DC Area

The hotel is located in a great position…very convenient to nearby restaurants and bars. I truly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff is extremely nice and provided phenomenal customer service! I loved the hotel as soon as I stepped inside. There is a scent that fills the hotel and I can’t get it out of my head. Lol. My room was great and I loved the view of the harbor at night when everything lights up. Book a room here trust me you won’t regret it.

Staff was friendly and rooms had a small fridge. Enjoyed the Cherry Blossom festival from my room, perfect view.
Walking distance to everything but the Casino. Will definitely return to this Marriott property and treated wonderful from the staff.
Rooms are small but everything you need and very clean.

Perfectly positioned hotel surrounded by a ton of restaurants in National Harbor. I was incredibly impressed by the staff—they all were unfailingly friendly, polite, and cheerful.
A special shout out to front desk person, Maria! Not only did she help me check in way early, she greeted me every time she saw me…by name and with a wonderful smile.
As a platinum Marriott card holder, I have stayed in all levels of Marriott properties. Some of the 5 and 6 star Marriotts could learn some things about outstanding customer service from this staff at just the 3 star AC Hotel. Bravo.

This hotel is perfectly located with the best staff I have experienced in a long time. It is very clean, rooms are well equipped and clean. I will stay here every time I am in town for conferences.

This hotel is a great location very accessible to restaurants and shopping. Upon checking in the staff were very courteous and friendly. If staying at the national harbor this is a great hotel choice

Great location near everything. Stark but perfect rooms for a work trip. Everything was clean and neat, people were amazing. Definitely stay here again.

Had an overnight stay at AC Hotel Marriott. Beautiful room clean neat. Custom service staff was very friendly and helpful. It's in a great location w/ parking deck (close) across the street. Would recommend as a good place to stay.

Stayed here while on business trip to DC - short walking distance to 20 different restaurants, great waterfront view with jogging trail, nice European chic. Lobby has plenty of seating and nice outdoor area. Relatively inexpensive compared to downtown DC.

I've stayed at 100s of Marriott properties over the last 40 years. The staff at National Harbor AC have been the best over the others. They are gracious, outgoing and have been able to provide the little things that make a hotel more of a home while on the road. The location here is superior as well. Thanks to them for a great ongoing stay.

Stayed in Room 812 12/1/2023 to 12/3/2023 loved the location service was Great Room not bad but had mildew on the ceiling, and the room smelt a little musky took pictures of mildew Toilet had, black marks in it Not sure if it was dirt or scratches in the toilet but overall not bad would stay there again, and recommend it.

Pretty good hotel. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful. Breakfast looked a little sparse for the price but its pretty in line with the area.

Great check in experience. Good location. Rooms are nice but I would say geared more towards couples or business. Beds were comfortable. Street noise is a little loud. But that is to be expected. I give this a five star rating though because of the wonderful person who checked us in. Overall a fine stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Room decor is a bit stark for me but the set up was interesting.

This hotel was excellent. It was the perfect location for our conference. The staff were so sweet and helpful. The lobby had really cool outdoor seating that was perfect for decompressing after a long day.

The staff very helpful. Service excellent. Delicious breakfast buffet. Rooms modern comfortable. Loved personal welcome message on TV. Fitness room was great with modern safe equipment. Would stay there again!

Great hotel. Beds were excellent! Wonderful pillows. Central location, views and cold air conditioning. A little disappointed that you had to pay $24 a day for a parking garage and that breakfast was not included. Easy walking distance to shopping, dinner, waterfront views. Overall, would definitely recommend them as consideration for a place to stay.
