Embassy Suites by Hilton Springfield

We have 3 young kids and could not have been happier with our stay! The rooms are clean and quiet– we couldn’t hear any of our neighbors, which made us feel more comfortable knowing that our kids likely were not disturbing anyone either. Breakfast was fantastic. Something new was offered each morning, and the women waiting on us were so friendly and welcoming to our boys. The pool was a big hit with our kids, along with the free snacks served in the evenings. Location was great! We had a wonderful time and would love to return again.

Nice room. Great location for me. Breakfast buffet was decent. They have made to order omelettes, but they didn’t have a waffle maker. Would be really awesome if they had EV chargers.

I am very pleased with my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the personnel were courteous and professional. The dining experience was great! Both breakfast and the Grill provided excellent food. It was good to know they maintained quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. The only issue for me was no regular coffee or cups in the room for the coffee maker.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites in Springfield, Virginia, and it exceeded all my expectations. The spacious and well-appointed suites, combined with excellent service, made for a truly comfortable stay. The complimentary evening reception and cooked-to-order breakfast added a delightful touch. The hotel's central location and amenities make it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, a five-star experience that I highly recommend.

Very clean and roomy. Will definitely be using this hotel again when traveling throughout the area.

This was a great Hilton hotel location to stay at. The only issue I had was that my devices weren’t able to get on the WiFi for some reason, but I won’t take a star off for that.

Excellent hotel with plenty of accommodations. The rooms are large and clean. They have a nice kitchenette with a 3/4 size fridge. The bathroom is nice too. The breakfast was wonderful. I was surprised that the potatoes were actually crispy, not soggy like other hotels.

The staff that checked me in were personable and friendly. My room was clean and I enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast. I would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly anything I asked for was to my room in minutes and a huge shout out to the breakfast crew they did a fabulous very attentive and super nice ladies would definitely recommend this place

Nice hotel and event space. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Food at breakfast was good, the area was very busy so it got a little messy but great option before you hit the road. My only complaint is paying for the parking. It's only $10/night, but I don't see why it's not free. The surrounding area doesn't appear to present an illegal parking issue so even if you just had all drivers obtain a pass, I don't see why there's a fee. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

Location is right off 95. Convenient to restaurants and convenience stores.

Staff was very accommodating.

Room was nice with a few issues (shower door leaked, a/c kept cutting out until we moved around). Didn't report the issues until we left as we were literally only there long enough to sleep.

Breakfast was good and the staff there was very pleasant also.

Overall a good experience.

I come from Southern maryland once a month to Women's KIR group. It's an awesome atmosphere, good food choices and taste. Don't forget HAPPY HOUR! See you next month Girl's.

Very nice hotel and staff. I would like to commend Siraya (not sure of exact spelling of her name) for being especially personable, helpful, and professional.

We really enjoyed our stay here and this will be our go to location when we return to the area. The hotel was nice, clean, the staff provided good customer service, and is conveniently located. The breakfast was good, especially the omelets. The lady who made our omelets knows what she's doing with quickness. The food was the quality like it was pre-Covid. The shower was great! My husband said it was the best shower he's ever had! I lost my cellphone and someone turned it in to the front desk. I'm so thankful they did and Ashley at the front desk was so helpful holding it for my husband to retrieve it. The parking spaces had spots for Diamond members. It was usually full so we couldn't park there every time, but it was a nice touch I haven't seen at other Embassy Suites. We also enjoyed being able to select a free snack for Diamond members upon check in. It would have been nice to have a complimentary shuttle to the metro, however.

Definitely a good experience here. Although one of the receptionist was lazy the overall experience was awesome. Social hour was great with beer wine and liquor and even the premium liquor was priced pretty cheap. Breakfast is made to order and rooms were super clean and big. Definitely a must stay when in the area.

Definitely close enough to things, yet far enough away to be private.
Loved the atmosphere and the staff. Very friendly . The evening reception and omlette breakfast was definitely the best part . Rooms were always clean, and cozy . Would definitely recommend

Awesome hotel. Staff went out of their way to take care of guests. Managers happy hour had fresh veggies and dip, hummus, and chip. Restaurant served excellent food. Rooms were updated. Could use more outlets by the bed. Cost of the rooms was reasonable. Close to I 95
