I had a great experience today at Passport Nissan of Alexandria, working with Victor. He was very attentive and understood exactly what I was looking for, allowing me to see different trim levels and test driving each one to see the differences. He was very easy to get along with and patient with my questions and concerns. I ended buying my new Nissan same day, all because of my experience with Victor. Management was great as well, so all around a really positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My sales rep, Riko, was super knowledgeable and helpful in the exchange. Plus, I never felt like I was getting a hard sale. Finally, he was patient and helped us work through the different financing alternatives. We are super happy with our new Rogue and glad we went to Passport Nissan of Alexandria! A+

I needed to replace my spare ignition key. I was able to make an appointment with the service department. I was treated incredibly well. The staff member made sure the very old key was in stock before he told me to come right away. In the very comfortable waiting room, I heard the service staff explaining more complicated services to other customers, and I was amazed. This is a level of customer friendliness I have never experienced and I will always go back to Passport for my service in the future.

Victor was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! He was extremely helpful and considerate in answering my questions and finding a solution that worked favorably for me. From a phone call alone, I felt comfortable and confident enough to drive 150 miles to buy a used car from Victor. He had the vehicle ready for me when I got there and it was the smoothest car buying process I have ever experienced. I had no doubt at any time about the quality of the vehicle and the honestly and knowledge of the employees. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured. Everything was handled for me same day and I was able to leave with the vehicle that evening, and on a Saturday! I am very impressed by the care I received and very grateful to have found the dealership and Victor. Thank you so much for everything!

Andrew Nettles was great throughout the entire process. He always informed me of what was going on with my car. He explained how the process would work and answered all of my questions. I also appreciated the video that walked me through the process. I definitely trust Passport Nissan and plan to return to get my maintenance there.

Went to Passport to buy a Rogue; Jay was my salesman and he was terrific. He answered my questions and make me very comfortable with my purchase. Called him the day after Christmas with a couple of questions and he was on top of everything. The service department has also been excellent the time I was there. All in all a very good experience at Passport Nissan and I can recommend that company to anyone

Tin Nguyen was my Sales & Leasing Consultant and he was great! This was my first experience with this dealership. I did not know anyone who had worked with this dealership. The staff at Passport Nissan Alexandria are professional and easy to work with. Tin showed genuine interest and concern about the purchase that we were going to make. Tin was patient and responsive to our questions (and I asked a lot of questions, laugh out loud) and he followed up after the car purchase to see how the car was doing (purchased a used vehicle). Also want to give a shout out to Netri who worked with me on the price and Ryan the Finance Director.

It was just a tune up/inspection but the staff made me feel very at ease. They committed to it when I first bought my car & it’s nice to continue that relationship. I love my Kicks & I know the folks at the dealer care to keep it in good shape.

I needed a car quick due to donating my currently owned vehicle. Found what I was looking for. I bought online out of state and worked with Muhammed Subhi. He was attentive and great at communicating with me via phone and email. It was easy to purchase the vehicle and get it delivered to my house. Ms. Mary is knowledgeable and patient and gives you the space needed to make Your own decisions. In Finance, Mr. Mike never failed me to match my needs in payment, the rate, and everything in between. Go! I surprisingly found a better deal on a brand new car versus settling on a used one. The team worked with me to make a very reasonable deal, took care of all the paper work and got me out in one day. Plus a free oil change for my next due service! They really take care of you and will even wash your car for your next service date. Highly recommend a shout out and thanks to Chris and the crew.

Jose is one of the best service advisers I've worked with any any dealership. He knows me and my vehicle and recommends exactly what is prescribed in the manufacturers maintenance manual -- nothing more and nothing less. Its very nice to have such a good relationship with a service department, and Jose is why I continue to come back to Passport for service.

Hands down the best car business I’ve ever dealt with. I personally did not get a car but my girlfriend ended up with a great deal. The professionalism and care that Nissan Passport Alexandria provides is amazing. Especially salesmen, Christopher B. He was 12/10 in all ways. The sales manager, Neetra, was knowledgeable and accommodating. He talked her through the whole process and everything regarding her proving, payments and more.
