Malcolm is a world renowned fashion trend setter. I am grateful for his styling tips and knowledge about the brand. Before my Paris Fashion Week trip I stopped by the store for a new look. Malcolm ensured that the pieces I was purchasing would catch eyes and be the talk of town. Oh man was he more than correct, after strolling the streets of Paris attending different fashion shows. Accredited Magazine companies stated that 2024 was the year of workwear. To know that I was ahead of the trends and making a difference style wise culturally, it made me confident and proud. I am forever grateful to Malcolm for making Carhartt cool again.

The carhartt at national harbor is for sure one of the best ones I have been to, you walk in the store and you feel welcomed by the amazing staff who actually seems like they want to help you. The customer service is amazing! I went in and I was attended by one of the workers named Sofia she was very nice and attentive and helped me what I was looking for. I recommend everyone to step into the store if you are at national harbor.

Every time I visit the Harbor I make sure I stop into Carhartt. The store is always so clean and well stocked and the staff is always so nice and welcoming. During my last visit, the manager Malcolm was such a huge help, very friendly, and very well dressed. Every time I visit I’m tempted to purchase something he has on. The product knowledge the associates have is top tier. Every single one of my questions were answered with a full detailed response. They even threw a handful of stickers into my bag to take home, adorable.

I was directed here by store manager “Moon” who has been fiercely campaigning for the store since I can remember, so I had to come check it out and I must say I was blown away.

I have been shopping here for years now thanks to an employee by the name of Malcolm. Always sends me the new season inventory and has been putting me on to things I might want to wear from the brand since he started there

Management at this location is amazing. Particularly Malcolm who always helps me find the latest Carhartt styles!

Stopped in on March 9,2023, just to look around and see if the winter style overalls and jackets were in stock. The staff was friendly and not pushy, they were very attentive, once I asked a question. I was able to find the overalls and jacket in my size, as well as socks, hat and under layers in my size. I have been trying to get those items for a few years, but it is hard to get properly sized online. My experience was on point and I appreciate the help received and basically not getting hounded, like most retail stores.

Carhartt is one of those places you go for all your outdoor needs, and always has more than what you are looking for. Amy and Antwan were there from the start to make sure I got what I came for (and shamelessly some extra stuff) The store was clean, laid out easily and made a great shopping experience. I recommend this store over others I have been in - and will go back!

Grace and team were amazing to deal with. We initially went in trying to get a limited edition holiday crystal globe. They had run out, but one of the staff members went back to the office and gave us his. Friendly staff, helpful, and positive demeanor. Look forward to coming back to the store and purchasing some items. Thanks Grace and team!!!!

Shop was clean & organized. Malcolm greeted my friend and I. Super helpful with sizing & told us about sales. Levi checked me out & wrapped up my father's day gift so nice! Even threw a fathers day card in. Wish every associate was as nice as these 2. Definitely stop back next time I'm in the National Harbor.

carhartt has work wear, outdoor wear, and hunting wear as well as everyday clothes. went for a winter hat, something without wool and found one quickly. $15 so reasonable prices. friendly customer service

Great and helpful customer service; atmosphere is calming and welcoming.

So I visited my local carhartt , located on the national harbor . The store was very well organized and I was surprised at all the options they had in store . One of the employees on the floor (I believe his name was Stephen ) helped me pick a few things out and was knowledgeable about sizing . I was in and out of the store efficiently and very happy with the tee shirts I picked up .

We have great things to say about the employees we met this past Saturday night; they were courteous, attentive and awesome. We especially like the soap they recommended; no toxic chemicals & the scent is just right – not too strong.

Pros:
-Great customer service by all the employees we’ve encountered.
-Clean and neat shop
-Military discount

Cons:
-Not really a con, but worth mentioning; Smaller store than the Woodbridge store, but they have basically the same items.
-Have to pay for parking (on-street, lot or garage). All shop employees have to pay too!
