AMERICA!

I stopped in this store after going to Build A Bear. Very small but has a good amount of DC and presidential related memorabilia. They have a White House press podium with figures of President Biden and VP Harris that I took a picture with which was fun. Good place if you’re into politics and government.

This store is great. Great products and a great location with friendly staff. It doesn't matter which political party you favor, this store has pretty much anything you want for all sides. Great place.

Best place East of the River to get souvenirs for this year's inauguration. Start celebrating the election of our new president. Staff very helpful and kind.

Went to the store a 8:30am on a Saturday to try to get stuff before my flight. And it wasn't open even though online it said it was open at 8am. They need to put their correct Store HOURS up online!!! It was raining and cold. Very disappointing I wanted souvenirs before I left the waterfront.

I use to like this store. Very anti Trump. For every one item that had nothing to do with Trump. There were 2 or 3 items bashing him. Not what I would call "America" by any means. "America" supports the Commander in Chief. I never saw anything negative about Obama. And that was 8 years of Hell. Very Disappointed.

Went to the store while on a layover in Washington IAD airport. I was truly disgusted by the anti Trump merchandise not only because it was ridiculous but also it shows no respect for the office of the president of the United States! To make matters worse, our previous president and his political party were prominently displayed in a positive manner. There is no reason for such a blatant one sided display.

Waited around in the cold and wind on 4/28/22 for over an hour past their posted opening time (9am) for no one to show up. Was going to buy a onesie for my son. Hopefully they decide to open up for others that are paying a premium to stay in the National Harbor area.

Be advised that colors WILL RUN on their shirts! I purchased a jersey at BWI that was red, white, and blue with America the Beautiful on the back. One washing and the colors bled so now it’s red/ugly purple-pink/ and blue. I live in the mid-west so it’s not like I can return it in person. I complained to the store’s head offices, and three people later, they sent my complaint back to the local store to be resolved. I was told to return the shirt to that store for an exchange. I sent it back. I believe they stuck a price tag on the very shirt and sent it right back to me because The so-called replacement was just as faded. I’m stuck with it. There is no brightening up the white. Two years later, the reds and blue are still running even in cold water and very mild detergent. I’m out about $65. I wont wear it in public because it is distinctly unAmerican where these colors DO run. NEVER EVER purchase clothing from these stores!

Everything is over priced and you can find it at the national mall gift shop way cheaper! But what got under my skin the most was the cashier wouldn’t let us take a picture of our kids on the podium (we were the only family in the store) without making a purchase!!

Closed when their hours said they were open. Not how to run a retail business.

The people that run the store are completely incompetent. The website says they close at 9, you ask one person and they say they close at 8, meanwhile you go at 7:30 and the guy has decided to close for the night. If you don't want to work there, just quit.

Wanted to use the backdrop inside the store to take a photo with family, but store clerk would not allow it without a store purchase. This store needs to LEARN what real customer service is.
