Funny and fun experience. There is literally candy everywhere, some delicious... like the chocolates, pulled taffy, and gummies (so I've heard...lol) Some look so sweet they'll give you a tummy ache. There are gift items, gag gifts, plushies, and more.

It has so much candy and some gag gifts! Adorable pillows, clothing, and candles too! The staff were kind and the atmosphere immediately gave a wave of fun and pop!

Such a cute store!! Very clean. The atmosphere and theming is lovely and the staff was super friendly, down to earth, and helpful! Highly recommend :]

Stopped into "It's Sugar" today to purchase a couple candy items to snack on while at the National Harbor. This store is absolutely packed with every candy item you can think of and a lot of them are in large sizes. Children walk in and think they are in a dream but I also notice a lot of adults sharing that same experience. Great candy store and if you like sweets or are buying as a gift, this is a good option because they also have novelty gifts. Staff was extremely helpful and and very friendly...highly recommend you give it a try!

Very cool place for all things candy and quirky little gifts!

Good assortment of candies and goodies. Staff walking around asking of anyone needs help. Prices we typical. Getting strawberry gummy bears, peanut butter malt balls, strawberry and watermelon pez, freeze dried skittles and a few other small items like lollipop and mini chicklets came up to $32. There was a little line for check out and they should have 2 registers open due to the line forming blocking the candy. Would suggest for a dessert on the harbor after walking around to see all the fun music and harbor life.

Fun little store in National Harbor. Not a huge selection, but they have some interesting products. A good place to bring kids.

Interim Review As of September of 2022: I just found out about this brand new location. This store is on National Plaza (lower level) on the same level as Ben and Jerry's, Potbellys, Fiorella, etc. I cannot wait to visit here in person and I will update this Review and Rating as necessary and appropriate asap after my first visit. This is a nice store. It does not have the variety I've seen in other It's Sugar stores. Decent customer service.
