McDonald's

Had to pick up my grandson from school. Of course, he wanted McDonald's, so we went. Super friendly, fast serve, and the best were hot fries. I am big on shouting out great customer service. I wish I had a picture, but we ate it all up..We will visit again soon

I stopped inside to order my food which came out hot and fresh which I appreciated. What I appreciated even more though was the way the team and manager handled a very rude and threatening customer yesterday morning. Myself and a few other customers observed and a woman with her daughter who were incredibly rude and threaten to the team members and manager but the team remained polite and professional and I believe it is important to recognize them and thank them for how they managed a very rude stressful customer yesterday morning. It's one of the reason I will be coming back to this specific location. Thank you

The food came out quickly, was hot and tasty. The waiter was friendly as well. The establishment was clean. I gave it a 4 because my son and I decided to dine in but, ended up leaving because there was a chill in the location. Overall, it was a great experience.

This Micky D is waay Better!!!and faster!!!! here branch Ave ,this store ALWAYS kind and friendly.
The other 2 mickey D sucks around the area sucks , by the way , they are verrry slow.

I took my God son there. That's his favorite! Went through the drive through. It lives up to the saying: Fast food, good service, great attitudes!!💯💯😁😁 When he's happy, I'm happy 🥰🥰

When the outdoor line is long, go inside for quick service... food, wifi or tv

Great service. The cashier put my ice-cream in a clear cup and my cone in another as requested.

Usually this place can be a bit slow but today they were on point. The fries were hot and crisp my sandwich (Deluxe Chicken) was good although I would prefer that they hold back on the shredded lettuce.

The gentlemen were polite and attentive. He also made sure our needs were met before we left. He also invited us back as well as thank us for coming. Outstand service regardless of it being drive threw. I will come back again.

I only go here for their milkshakes if anyone out there likes milkshakes you should try a vanilla milkshake with cookies and cream or m&M's or whatever whatever they have but I recommend cookies and cream I love strawberry I add cookies and cream into that too I'm not too big on the whipped cream so I tell them don't add the whipped cream

Customer service is consistently amazing.

I’m not a big Mc Donald’s eater, I only always get two things off the menu (sweet tea and nuggets) which have been consistently tasty.

The McDonald's has been renovated. This is my first time here in a while. By far...this is the....best McDonald's meal I have ever had. I ordered two combos and EVERYTHING was FRESH....even the last bite was warm. I didn't know McDonald's fries could taste that good. Wow!

Smiling faces everywhere. This has to be the best customer service I have received in a long time. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted at the front door. The young lady asked if she could take my order at the kiosk and I declined because I was using the app. I added on to my order and visited the cashier who was smiling as well. The expeditor was quick and efficient. All I can say is kudos to this location. They really outshined and made me love McDonalds all over again. Of course the food was hot and fresh. I had no problems during this visit. Thanks again Maryland.

Talked to one of the employees at the drive through and he was very funny. Pleasant to talk to and see that he would make a great manager based on his interaction with customers.

I haven't had McDonald over a year and for some reason I wanted a fish sandwich
I must admit the food was fresh and on point.
The service was nice and the place was clean.

Went to McDonald's in DC on 17th street and the Spanish lady at the front could barely understand me but got my order right after making her change a few things. I got two mcdoubles ONLY CHEESE. They put normal mcdoubles in the wrapper that says only American cheese. I came to 3501 branch Avenue McDonald's and they were so nice, they fixed my two burgers for me. Thank you
