Chico was friendly and very helpful! He helped me track down a drill driver I was looking for and made sure I got what I needed. He could've said "we don't have it" but instead he found it and got up on the ladder to grab it for me. Thank you! I was able to put together my couch as a result.

The past few years have been tough on a lot of businesses, especially Home Improvement stores. Supply chain issues of slow or no shipments of inventory, and Inflation has created a lot of frustrated customers and employees. Things have gotten better on the supply chain side.
My hope is to be more positive and patient in these times.
I can always find what I’m looking for when shopping here, and this store makes me feel like things are getting better

Lowe's is a good place to buy all that you need in home, there you can find from basic tools to huge refrigerators, among it's things you can see chair, made and buy paints or test some color with the samples, Fire extinguishers, desktops, stoves, lights, gloves, big tools, basic tools for cleaning and more, very good prices.

The associates can speak Spanish and English to help you with your concerns, you can buy something in online store and pick it up in the lockers, I really like this site,

Sometimes it can be difficult to find Help. But when you do, they are friendly and knowledgeable. This is related to the appliance department.

I’m giving Wanda at customer service 5 stars at this store. I have had a problem going on for a week with a refrigerator order from another Lowes and she took the time to completely resolve the problem for me and never gave up. She did this all while still working through a long line of customers. Thank you so much Wanda!!

Very good contactless pickup! Upon arrival, I parked in a one of the designated spots and called the number to reach an associate. They asked for my order number and last name, and then I waited about 10 minutes or so and then someone wheeled out my lumber on a big cart. I cracked open my car door and asked if he needed to see my receipt, but he said they didn't need to see any receipt. At that point, he departed and I was able to load up the lumber myself. Didn't have to go in the store, sign anything, or interact with any associate up close.

It's my "go-to" store for anything in the home improvement, repair, maintenance, etc. arena. I've beaten a path from my house to the store since I've been there so often. Really appreciate Lowe's giving a 10% discount to military and Veterans and the special Veterans parking. Today I appreciated Kevin's help. As soon as I walked in today, and he saw me standing there thinking and looking at my list, he asked if he could help and then gave me very specific directions on where I could find what I was looking for. Certainly will be back.

Stopped by at 7:45 pm for some washers and nails. Needless to say associates all of whom seemed to gather at the exit were glad to see us leave the store.

Oh yes . . . Let me not forget snow blowers are on sale this the second week of September.

Went to buy a hose. They had several types and reasonably priced.

Had a great experience and was helped by an amazing employee named Doug. He took the time to answer all my questions about all the products I was looking into and he even took me across the store to find something I needed for my wife and I. Ask for doug if you need help!

Regular shopper here. I give it 5 stars because there's no real reason to detract, although nothing about this store is actually so amazing. This is your run-of-the-mill Lowes with everything you'd find in a normal chain hardware store with all the same conditions in terms of stock, variety, and price. Consistency is one key benefit of stores/chains like these. Most of my staff interactions have been neutral or positive. If you're a regular shopper at Lowes or The Home Depot, you'd know what to expect here. If you've never been, you'll highly likely find what you need for most projects. I recommend utilizing the mobile website to check inventories and locations (ahead of time or while shopping). Most of the time, the stock quantities are correct.

Robney gave exceptional customer service going the extra mile to retrieve an item from a wrapped pallet on the very top shelf. He not only looked up the item I was looking for without much information to start with, he located the item and retrieved it for me. Jose operated the forklift and informed the safety guidelines involved with removing items such as the one I wanted. They were both very nice and patient. Thank you to Robney & Jose!

I came for a particular mix of chalk paint. They were helpful assisting me with the right mix. Were knowledgeable about whether I needed to add sealing wax or not.

They had a bunch of blueberry bushes, but not much variety (mostly rabbiteye and southern highbush)

Great customer service! Went to store and found exactly what I needed. Needed to find stuff for my dryer and Davey from plumbing had great customer service and took his time to indicate exactly what I needed. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall great experience.
